Komplett renovierte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Neue Küche mit allen neuen Geräten, komplett renovierte Badezimmer. Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Beide Schlafzimmer haben Klimaanlage. Wohnzimmer hat Queen-Size-Schlafsofa. Ruhige, private, geschlossene 4-Einheiten-Eigentumswohnung mit privatem Pool, gepflegten Gärten, privatem Parkplatz. Wäscherei vor Ort. Viele Strände (nur 200 m vom nächsten Strand entfernt), Restaurants, Annehmlichkeiten und das Nachtleben in St. Lawrence Gap sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

We enjoyed the pool very much. Compound was very quiet while we were there. It is very close to St Lawrence gap.

Sea Suite at Amaryl apartment was the perfect stay. The location was within walking distance to beach (although rough waters during our stay) and the local Gap. Close to restaurants and night life.
It is well maintained with modern upgrades. Perfect for my family of four traveling with a teenager and a 9yo. The pool, though communal (shared with 3 other units) we rarely had to share and it felt very private.
The house was well equipped with beach chairs and towels. Kitchen also equipped for our stay.
The property manager Liz was very pleasant and readily available. The host was accommodating thankfully and worked with us for our late arrival and very easy to communicate with.
Cons: Mosquitoes! Could use fumigating to help with that problem in and around the house. But that’s island life.
The master bed was very hard but the guest beds were much more comfortable. The AC units worked wonderfully.
Private parking and locked gated unit made us feel very safe.
Minor improvements suggestions: umbrella, small condiments or small packages of staples.
5 stars and would love to stay again.

Property is amazing. We traveled as a family with our 2 older children and 2 grandchildren.
The apartment was lovely and the pool was perfect.
Location was spot on for walk to beach and walk to the bars in the gap.
Dover market shop was great for milk ect..
Popular supermarket is about 6 minutes drive up the road, which is cheap.
Liz our cleaner was amazing, and great comunication with Charmaine.
We will deffinatly look at booking again.

We had a great time during our stay.
The apartment and the pool were welcoming, the beaches close by, restaurants and bars a short walk away. Taxis and small supermarket just around the corner. A short walk to the main road for buses into main centres for food and entertainment. At Lawrence Gap, a short walk away we were spoilt for choice of good food, drinks and entertainment. Everyone we met was friendly and welcoming. We had good chats and advice about what to do and where to visit from the on site manager who was friendly and kept us informed of her schedule so we knew when she would be around if we needed anything.
There were some very small details that would make it perfection. A couple of things that would have made a lot of difference. Air Con in the main living area would be great, it was welcome in the bedrooms but made sitting in the lounge, kitchen area uncomfortable and hot.
The safe did not work and looked like it had not been used for a while. It just made us feel a little uncomfortable leaving valuables and passports etc.. in locked suitcases when going out in the evenings or for the day.
There was the buzz of the laundry unit next door that was an underlying noise that was noticeable initially and only then became apparent when it stopped.
Don’t let the couple of things detract from what is a near perfect place to spend a couple of weeks relaxed and chilled. A great place for a family or a couple to visit.

Beautiful apartment, well equipped, spacious, quiet. Yes there's a humming noise from the facility next door but I rather that then the traffic noise from the main street. Close walking distance to the beach, restaurants and Maxwell St for city buses. Wonderful stay!

This is a great apartment located in the Dover Beach Area, close to the beach, The St. Lawrence Gap, great restaurants and bars. We stayed for 4 weeks and wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely be returning to this lovely apartment.

Located in St Lawrence Gap ideal for restaurants, shops, transport access and, of course, a beautiful beach. The apartment is well equipped with a clean, modern interior and patio for outdoor dining overlooking the communal pool, with only three other apartments in the block, the pool and garden area was always quiet. The local apartment manager was lovely and friendly and met us on arrival from the 15 min drive from the airport, the obliging taxi driver called her on our behalf to say we were on our way (my mobile couldn't connect) To keep the review balanced and honest, just some minor things to add... The safe is a little temperamental but be patient and don't panic, it will open eventually! There is I believe a laundry facility next door with some minor background noise and the occasional morning cockrel to welcome in your sunny morning (this is normal all over the island). The water pressure in the shower was up and down but workable and a couple of the kitchen sockets cut out which unfortunately disconnected the phone and landline use, nothing that couldn't be worked around. My son loved the visiting wildlife, birds were fed breakfast, chicken chicks were fed dinner, humming birds fluttered by, lizards skipped around and even a monkey dropped in one afternoon! Overall it was a chilled and easy holiday in a convenient, beautiful location. Everyone was helpful and accomodating, the apartment was just what we wanted and the sun shone, highly recommended 😁

Brilliant
The apartment is in a great location a very short walk to the beach. Very clean contemporary decor and furnishing, well equiped. Good support from the owners, managers and cleaner all very friendly, would highly recommend it.
