All areas and room were really clean. Staff was very friendly.

Bed was a bit too hard for me. Also the breakfast was quite poor.

Property was beautiful and in a great location. Really nice room with amazing views. Great rooftop pool, quiet location but still close to shops/bars etc. Short walk or run from the pier.

Wifi wasn’t great at the rooftop pool and breakfast was minimal, however didnt cause me any problems.

The location is nice and direct at the beach. Even thought it’s the beach where all the boats are parked so no chance for a nice day at the beach with swimming. The pool at the roof is kind a nice.

On the pictures it had an interesting design with the special bed for kids and the bed facing the beach. However, the beds are hard like sleeping an a piece of concrete. The whole bed furniture is filling apart with sharp edges everywhere. The whole finish is very cheap and nothing for small kids. It’s a nice place if you like to be without connection to the world outside. However if you need internet or want to watch movies at night , this is the wrong place to go. Wifi was off for 90 % of our time and couldn’t be fixed due to the rain. ( we were told) Water dripped down inside the elevator and water was everywhere during our stay.

location was good and staff were attentive and were particularly helpful in getting me a 4x4 cab to airport during storms. there’s some lovely restaurants really close by too.

I found the breakfast very disappointing and only ate there once. extremely basic food and expected more for the price. I had the same if not better breakfast at hostels. I found it quite noisey, hear neighbours and the pipes were loud.

The view from all of the rooms was amazing! A full 180 sea view. What a way to wake up! Beautiful little cafe to have breakfast in. Great bath view. Nice rooftop pool.

This hotel has the potential to be amazing but falls quite short. - The staff were not very welcoming, the receptionist was asleep when we arrived. - The breakfast is ok - but all hot food is cold (no attempt to keep it warm) and no fruit. - The designs of the rooms is such that the bed is right against the doors. The bunk beds are not against the walls, we had to shove the bean bag down the side to keep the children safe - will attach a photo. - In such a luxurious view it feels a bit like a nice hostel rather than a hotel, very hard beds, no tea or coffee and the cleaning was quite bare minimum. Communal areas like the pool I don’t think were cleaned throughout our stay. - Not the hotels fault but quite noisy at night, dogs barking and cockerels throughout.

Good location, very beautiful view comfortable room , Minimal style buy very Sabai.. so convenient if have island trip from Chalong harbor big room , clean Breakfast is good too

The location, right on the water, was fantastic. Lovely views with a sunrise over the marina every morning. The staff were very friendly and helpful in both organising the stay and during the stay, with very personal communication and updates.

As with many places at this time, the breakfast was a little limited, though you can see this is down to the number of clients in the hotel.

A newer property is done with warehouse-style rooms but they just miss the mark. The view from the bed over the water was very nice.

It just seemed so empty & baren. Like the room was missing the finishing touches.
