Das Nebengebäude ist ein schöner Wohnbereich mit Strandmotiven, einem geräumigen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im Obergeschoss und einem kleineren Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss mit 2 zusätzlichen Einzelbetten sowie einem Küchenbereich und einem separaten Duschbad / WC. Sie sind unabhängig mit Ihrer eigenen Haustür und einem Offroad-Parkplatz. HUNDE OK auf Anfrage! Wir bieten eine Mikrowelle (und 2-Platten-Arbeitsplatte Herd, falls erforderlich).
Wir sind in der Nähe von Southend Barns, den Stränden von West Wittering und East Head, Goodwood, Bosham und Chichester. Platz für Surfbretter, Kitesurfen, Fahrräder in der Garage auf Anfrage.
Das Nebengebäude ist ideal für 1 oder 2 Erwachsene (Schlafen im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett im Obergeschoss) oder Erwachsene mit bis zu 2 Kindern (Schlafen in Einzelbetten im Erdgeschoss). Wenn 2 Paare buchen und das zweite Paar die Einzelbetten im Erdgeschoss nutzen möchte, ist dies ebenfalls in Ordnung, obwohl das Badezimmer nur über den Wohnbereich im Erdgeschoss zugänglich ist, in dem sich die Einzelbetten befinden. (Das Nebengebäude ist für 4 Erwachsene recht klein.) Bei Nichtgebrauch gleitet das 2. Einzelbett unter das erste und bildet ein Tagesbett / Sofa. In der Küchenzeile befinden sich ein Waschbecken, ein Minikühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich zwischen den Bereichen im Ober- und Untergeschoss keine Tür befindet, sondern nur eine Treppe.

Das Nebengebäude verfügt über eine separate Eingangstür, die von der Auffahrt aus zugänglich und unabhängig von unserem Haus ist. Nutzung des Vorgartens für gut erzogene Kinder und Haustiere! Es gibt genügend Parkplätze auf der Einfahrt für 2 Gästewagen.

Delightful setting - with country and canalside walks from the doorstep. Welcoming host family live next door and there's plenty of private parking on the shared driveway. Comfortable large bed, bright and clean bedroom upstairs with bathroom next to kitchen area downstairs. Lovely to step straight out of front door at dusk to comfy seats overlooking their beautiful garden at sunset.

A lovely compact place to stay with lots of things to in the area . A few miles from the witterings beaches . Lovely spacious bedroom . Nice touches with shampoo and a selection of cereals and nice coffee . Recommended

Lovely small annex to house. It gave us everything we needed for a long weekend. Good location for local sights. Footpath to the canal at the side of the property. On quite a busy road, but the house is set back, so very peaceful. Loved the seaside themed decor, all very nicely done and very clean. On arrival Julie gave us all the info on the annex and location, which gave us a good start. Communication with Julie on website and text was always very prompt. We would definitely return.

The unit was fine for 2 people as stated. It served our purpose as we did not plan to do much cooking. It was conveniently situated for visiting the area.

This place was a great stop in a convenient location for 3 adults. It was clean, quiet and cozy, with key box checkin/out. The host was very prompt and responsive. Pros were an efficiency kitchenette and parking, cons were a very compact bathroom and no real lounge area. About 1.5h to Heathrow Airport during commuting traffic. Thanks Julie!

Very cute and comfortable space. Julie was there to greet us and show us around, pointing out the quirky things we needed to know. She also suggested places to visit and for meals. Because no one was booked in right after us, Julie extended our check-out time,which we appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay at the Annexe.

Superb location for Goodwood Races, Chichester and the coast. Very comfortable bed and spacious bedroom. Very nice to have tea, coffee milk and breakfast items supplied by our hosts. Would definately stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The property is really convenient for the South Coast and for day trips to places like Petworth. The property is clean and is well equipped. We would stay there again.

A beautiful spot to spend a few days exploring the local area. Ideal for a small family who want to get out and about, knowing they have a comfortable place to stay at the end of a weary day. Fantastic welcoming helpful hosts, and having the basics provided (breakfast - especially a pint of milk, tea and coffee; cleaning products etc) makes arriving and settling in so much easier. Lovely base for our walking weekend, met by Julie who showed us around and was really helpful. Fantastic location close to The Spotted Cow for dinner and a short walk to the Chichester canal. Can thoroughly recommend The Crown and Anchor at Dell Quay for lunch after a stunning walk. Would stay here again. Many thanks Julie

Very clean and tidy with added extras of breakfast products and a reasonably well-equipped mini kitchen. Comfy bed and all linen supplied. The stairs are steep, so beware if you have any mobility problems. Hosts are very amicable.

This old grain store has been converted beautifully to accommodate holiday guests. Clean, bright and with a seaside vibe, it offers all that you would need and the host Julie was veey welcoming.

Lovely compact Annexe
The Annexe was in a good location for local beaches and Chichester.
Nicely decorated, the stairs are a bit steep and as the description says it is a small space, but we had everything we needed for the 2 of us.
The Breakfast items in the cupboard and the fridge were a lovely touch and much appreciated.
Julie was lovely and very helpful as we hadn’t been to Chichester before and we wouldn’t have known about the local walks if she hadnt told us about them. We went to The Spotted Cow , the local pub and restaurant its close by and the food was reasonable, in taste and cost.
We had a good holiday break there and would thoroughly recommend.
