The apartment is nice and clean

I didn’t like that it took me 2 hours to access the building and the calling center took a lot of time to answer and they didn’t know how I can access the building. After a while, one of the people living there opened the door.

Large apartment with 3 comfy beds. Large air-conditioned living room, perfect to cool off after a long day exploring the city. 5 minute walk to the republic metro hub, or a 20-ish minute walk down to Notre Dame / Louvre / ... There is a washing machine in the unit to take care of some laundry mid trip.

We did have some difficulty with the check-in process: 1) you will get a door code to enter the apartment at anytime, except there is also a locked building door to get to the apartment. No one met us at the property to check us in, and we ended up waiting outside for 15 minutes until a neighbor came through the door. There is a key with a fob to this door in the apartment, but that doesn't help when you first arrive. 2) it would be helpful to have a paper with info like the wifi password, how the front door works, explain that the key has a fob to the courtyard door, etc, in the apartment so we don't have to request it or figure it out. 3) there were ants in the living room and kitchen.

check in time is terrible, 4 pm. it s really hard to get in the house. you need to download an app, sign up create a password then you need to fill a form, download selfie pictures and passports.

poorly stocked kitchen, no dressers for clothes, dishwasher did not wash well, washing machine only washed on hot.

It is spacious enough.

The digital key stopped working and we couldn't get out of the room for more than an hour leading us to arrive late to a meeting. We were on a business trip. If someone has a medical emergency they are risking of staying locked in the room as there is no way to get out. The person on the phone we spoke to about the situation was rude and didn't even know to tell us how much time it would get someone to come and unlock us.
