The hotel was amazing, absolutely good choice. We had clean, big room, ski room, place is dog-friendly, you have 2 minutes to ski-lift or every 30 minutes bus to La Rosiere. 1 minutę far away you have restaurants, ski shops and you can also rent you equipment. We could stay till 12 AM so we profited for maximum from our weekend.

For me breakfast was bad. The omelette was slimy, the coffee watery and not good, a lot of stuff had run out and nobody brought it. Breakfast worth 7-9 euros in my opinion. It's worth either lowering the price or improving it, because on the second day I preferred to go to the slope hungry than to give 20 euros for this thing.

Location, quality of room, ski locker and free parking.

After driving many hours arriving at check in time we were disappointed the room wasn’t ready. We had to wait about 45 minutes which was a touch stressful as we had a dinner booking too. Seemed they were understaffed that evening as corridors were full of laundry bags etc. Also there was no available parking space and many spaces are now allocated to flat owners (we didn’t notice that when staying in 2022). Luckily reception checked which owners were not staying so we were given one of their spaces for the week. In the evening the staff kindly brought us a bottle of champagne to apologise for the disruption which was kind. We noticed some plants in reception were dead, dirty glasses were not cleared up despite no one else around, the sauna had a broken wooden ladle and the jacuzzi had a loose start button so these little details detract from the 5 star experience which is a shame as we enjoyed it more when we stayed last time in 2022. However these are minor things easily fixed and I would stay here again.

great rooms, everything is new and well polished.

breakfast and dinner is not at an acceptable standard (especially not for the price charged). selection at breakfast is limited and the run out of things and do not replenish (sometimes if you ask). as for the dinner one of the main courses was a joke (two small potato pieces in some sauce for 25 EUR. they are severely understaffed so hard to get the waiters attention (not the waiters’ fault). gym opens at 8 (why so late?) and closes at 8 (why so early?). went down one day at 8.10 but it was still locked had to find someone to open when an employee arrived at 8.15.

Great location and facilities

Staff could have been more friendly and helpful, also some information for guests about things going on in the area especially at Christmas when we stayed.

Beautiful new facility. Rooms very spacious especially for European standards . Car park was easy to get bags up to room .

We had a beautiful open valley view of the surrounding mountains, but the best views came with the main road being below our room so there was a little bit of road noise at night especially with the windows open. Nothing to do about that……….

Where to even begin with the awfulness. On our way to the hotel we had a very unfortunate car breakdown in the middle of the highway which prevented us from coming to the hotel. Upon contacting the hotel to inform them of our situation they did absolutely nothing to accomodate and try to help their guests in such a devastating situation. As the night progressed and we became more aware that we were completely unable to reach the hotel, we asked if it was possible to move our reservation date into any other available month. An unkind receptionist let us know of their “very strict cancellation policy” and the hotel decided it was best to keep the total amount paid for the hotel without us ever reaching the hotel. In short, a hotel which does not seem to care about their guests and is ready to leave them stranded on the highway with no regrets.

breakfast is non existent/ no value for money. at the rate of 20 eur p p you would expect a full buffet to be present. the current offering is worth no more than 7/8 eur p p.

we loved the wellness centre and the location is brilliant. everything is new and the staff are very helpful. ski locker is fantastic. really comfortable for any length of stay.

only 1 toilet for the suite. there was no door on the master en-suite. we did not have enough coffee pods in the morning (2 for 4 people).

loved the hamam. location very good and the restaurant food (especially the risotto and pear pudding) were great! great jazz too

The hotel is a bit tight in shampoos in the room. Free Slippers (or better rubber flip flops) would be useful, as there's a beautiful spa area. No hairdryer in the spa changing room. No shampoo or soap either.
