Hermoso departamento y muy cómodo. Cerca del metro.

Unfortunately it was not what we expected. Apartment is really poorly renovated. No dishwasher. No cutting board. Kitchen in general not equipped enough. We had to buy salt, oil and all things like that ourselves. It was totally empty. Air conditioner is week. Definitely not enough to cool all the rooms. Very cheap furniture, but at the same time they asked 300 euro caution. Lack of communication. Tones of forms you need to fill before you get a key, which is also in some weird App form( all these technologies make their life easier, but not the customers). Instead of meeting us and give normal keys , we had to go through a long process.

Property has a large outside balcony which provided seating and good views of the local neighbourhood. A supermarket and market are located across the road from the apartment which was convenient. Also a pizza take away across the road and the metro was some 300 m walk away. Two bathrooms were also convenient.
No wine glasses. Under equipped on kitchen utensils. Some facilities needed some maintenance. Dishwashing liquid not provided. Only a sheet provided on beds, though it was hot, should there have been a cool evening, no blanket / duvet was available. Not much to do in immediate surroundings, though Metro is in close proximity to get around the city quickly, price for location and amenities was a little steep.

Place is nice and comfy, fully furnished in a very good city zone, very clean and quiet place, if you want to relax, this apartment is great and has it all, a market nearby, grocery store a block away, metro station two blocks away, refrigerator, good beds, furniture, etc. What makes me give it a very bad rating is the very poor customer service that makes you feel scammed and soured my entire experience with what would have been one of my best stays in the whole of Europe.
To enter the building you must install an app that will open the outside door, as mentioned in other reviews it never worked but thankfully a neighbor opened the door for us, once inside the app worked ok and we used the keys left inside to enter manually. Place is nice and we fell in love with it, as per the contract we cleaned everything, took out all the trash and triple checked everything was spotless and left keys on table as instructed.
However Kamel Dermofarmacia S.A. the company managing these apartments requires a 300€ security deposit that per the signed contract, states: "An additional amount of 300€ will be paid as a guarantee. This amount will be returned on the last day of the contract, after the accommodation has been reviewed."
We left the apartment July 6th and expected the money to be refunded some days after, having received no answer or money back for 7 days, I contacted them via their WhatsApp and the person answering stated that "the person in charge of refunds was very busy but it would be done in 2 - 3 days", I contact them the following week and then another excuse saying they need MY ENTIRE CREDIT CARD NUMBER AND EXPIRY DATE in order to refund my security deposit (if you work with credit card processors like Stripe you know this takes a single click and you are done) so I risked it and gave it to them... two hours later they tell me it will take a little more time because of the different time zones and the person in charge is not in the office, etc.
Currently I opened a dispute with my bank and turned all the evidence to them for further investigation and chargeback, I handed them a copy of my contract with the deposit clause, copies of out whatsapp conversations and requested that after my money gets fought over I get a new card to avoid any security risk. Had I paid this "guarantee" in cash, well... my money would be gone!
AVOID!! Keys and everything left as requested in contract but no luck...

There is a €300 safety deposit but no face to face reception, especially some interiors are damaged or malfunction (e.g. doors of wardrobes, sun shade of windows, holder of toilet paper roll.)

The apartment is in crowded area. The isolation of glass in windows was very bad. The whole apartment had only 1 AC unit when the temperature was about 30 degrees inside. The curtains were out of function and the sun rises directly on the windows. The third room was as prison without windows, AC or even fan. I had very bad experience and left the apartment directly. Didn't get any help or compensation from them.

location was fine
The access to the apartment is extremely complicated. Was stuck for 45 min OUTSIDE the building after arrival trying to open the door which with luggage and senior citizens and a child is difficult to wait in heat. There was an app which had to be downloaded and that app could be downloaded only on one persons phone so only that one person could open the apartment door. The door wasn't opening with the code provided. ALSO there was only one AC in the lobby and no AC in the bedrooms due to which it was hot specially in the last room which was farthest from the lobby.

The flat was large, rooms spacious, clean, plenty of room for clothes. We really apreciated the blinds, washing maschine and iron. And the balcony was great for sitting out in the evenings. The best thing was the two bathrooms, although one of them was quite cramped.
The street was very noisy even at night and the beds were too soft for us, but it wasn't a big deal.

We loved the location. Close to a metro station and lots of shops and restaurants in the area.
The beds were not great, the mattresses were sagging. But very clean.

Handy to have a balcony. Nice flat. Suited our needs. Plenty of space. Host was quick to respond and helpful.
Virtual key app. We never did get it to work.
Also some of the neighbours were noisy in the evening which we were under strict instructions not to be. Slightly irksome to be under strict conditions for no noise after 10pm when neighbours were making noise around us.

The size of the apartment and it was clean. Instructions were sent in advance of how to access the apartment.
There was some damage to door frames and furniture. There was no washing up liquid or spare bin liners. I would have expected this as they asked you to ensure washing up done and rubbish taken out

The property was at 5 minutes from metro and has a coffee shop right in the front of entrance where you can take the breakfast.
The apartment wasn’t so clean. The shower was clogged and the water could not flow.

I thought the location would be far from city center, but that was totally miss prediction. The station which is right in front of apartment has 5~6 different lines, so we could take anywhere in city center without transfer.
Room condition was perfect. There are three rooms and 5 single beds and 1 double bed. Also in the kitchen, there are everything we need to cook. (But i recommend you to bring own salt) The biggest part why i recommend this apartment is terrace. The terrace was enough for 4 adults. Vibe is amazing.
Although the street was loud in the night, i recommend this apartment. And my family also do.

Spacious, enough rooms, comfy beds and clean.
There's only 1 airconditioner in the apartment (living room).
The bedrooms don't have any AC or ventilators. Luckily the nights weren't too hot during our stay (9 till 11 september). but I can imagine that it could be quite unbearable during the height of summer.

The host were super helpfull with us. The house is confortable and the neighborhood very calm. A nice place to stay with friends. Very well equiped.
