Привітний персонал, хороші сніданки, гарний номер, хороший кондиціонер, є сейф, максимальний набір для особистої гігієни.

Мала парковка, не здійснювалось прибирання номеру, брудна підлога, незручні подушки

Непоганий ремонт в готелі і номерах. Є всі необхідні засоби гігієни, рушники. Сніданок був смачним.

Ми прибули в готель о 17:00 (їхали через Паланку), чекали на кордоні і хотіли елементарно прийняти душ, залишити речі, переодягтися і поїхати в місто. Однак на 17:00 номер ще не був прибраний. На увагу рецепціоністу, він розвів руками. Після того як я почав сваритися, повів в номер, щоб ми хоча би переодяглися (бо там було брудно). В результаті заселилися лише ввечері. Ввечері, коли всі лягли відпочивати, вирішив попрацювати і настільна лампа не працювала. Крім цього дуже погано стікала у душі вода. Окремо хочу відмітити, що рецепціоніст розмовляв руснявою, ми звернули на це увагу і він намагався українською, але це виходило криво. У ресторані також вимагали обслуговування українською.

Превосходный отель! Продуманная, очень удобная обстановка номера. Добротная мебель. Идеальный порядок. Приветливый персонал. Отменный завтрак в уютном ресторане. Приятное обслуживание. Островок роскоши в городе под прицелом.

Overall, this is a good hotel, close to the city center. The room was quite comfortable, it had all necessary items for comfort living, including conditioning, mini-bar, balcony, etc. Hotel has private parking, elevator and breakfast is served in the restaurant next door. Also, add-on: there is a small bank office on the ground floor (no ATM) and SPA/medical/beauty center on the 1st floor. City police station is located across the street, so this hotel is safe place to stay. And also there is school next to it, with stadium, so if like some sports, it is easy to enjoy.

While I liked the hotel, it were several things which were not at the top rating: 1) wi-fi was not working at all. 2) wash basin in the bathroom was so small, the smallest among all hotels I've ever visited. Not really comfortable to use. 3) Tram line next to the hotel, so if you are sensitive to noise, take this into account. 4) Hotel didn't accept credit cards, only cash. So, I had to walk around to find ATM. 5)if you plan to work in the room, and your laptop is bigger than 15", then look for the room with bigger table and no shelf above it.

poor breakfasr, and limitet to chose food from diner because OUR ROOM WAS TO CHEAP! because of cheap room we bought we cannot chose dinner that is indicated in our booking.

Very nice breakfast.

The loud noise from the Disco starts at 22:00 and goes till 03:00. When the staff offers you to change to a smaller room to be further away from the noise, it's a good idea to accept. You can put earplugs in but it doesn't stop the bed from vibrating to the rhythm of the drum beat.
