Our family of ten people had a great time spending a week at this property over the week of 4th of July. The property management team was extremely responsive to all our little requests/questions. The house was very clean upon arrival and it was in a nice peaceful location compared to the hustle and bustle of the lake. It was a very hot week when we visited and we cooled the house down by opening certain windows once the sun went down and in the mornings, so we strategically managed without A/C. The kids loved the bunk room and arcade games! Lastly, RNR was very accommodating to some date changes well before our actual stay which was very convenient and helpful to our family. Two thumbs up!

We were able to get the whole family together for an amazing vacation in this beautiful home. It was conveniently stocked with everything we needed (more than expected) and everyone was very comfortable. Our entire family was able to join us in Tahoe. This house was awesome. It provided space for the kids to play while also allowing the adults the top floor to enjoy. The area was great! The neighbors were nice. and the house was close to anything you wanted to do. The staff at R&R was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return!

Only real drawback that we had was the road noise in the late evening/(really) early morning which was surprising given that the road at the front of the property seemed to be for residential only traffic. None the less, it was pretty loud with open windows when trying to sleep.

Our family ski vacation included us (two grandparents), parents and 3 grandchildren 5,7 and 9. The two floor living space was ideal to provide separation but also the large living space on the upper floor allowed lots of family space for meals, board games (provided) and TV watching. The electronic games (pac-man, pinball etc) were fun novelties for all of us. The kitchen was well equipped (although the coffee mugs were a bit strange). I expect we will be checking to see if this place is available for next year's vacation.

Our family of 10 stayed at Heavenly Forest Fun for 7 nights for the Christmas holidays. This house was perfect for us. The location of the house was perfect - close to Heavenly and Sierra. Heavenly Village was nearby and able to go walk around for a leisure time. Skiing and snowshoeing were close. Any activity we wanted was close. The kids were able to sled in the backyard. The kids (ages 6 - 15) had plenty to keep them entertained. The layout of the house was perfect. If anyone wanted to escape for a while, it was easy to do. A great plus, we never ran out of hot water!! We would totally stay at this house was clean, had all the dishes and amenities we needed. We did need to call RnR once for something minor, and they got back to us quickly. They were very responsive and so friendly. The property is appropriately named - Heavenly Forest Fun!!

This house is truly a 5 star property. We celebrated Thanksgiving with our children and grandchildren. It was in an ideal location and was very well fitted for our families needs. We had an amazing time on our trip to Tahoe staying in this heavenly home. It has everything that we could have ever wanted and more. From comfortable beds to entertainment for the family. It’s close to shopping, food, the lake, and in a gorgeous area for daily walks/homes. I highly recommend this home. The kitchen is stocked really well with all your coffee, tea, or drink needs. You can cook full meals with ease with all the appliances there. We had our family photos taken while visiting just 5 minutes up the road. It was truly serene and we can’t wait to make it an annual trip.

The house is very nice, if you could just pick it up and put it in a different neighborhood it would be perfect. Unfortunately the first day on a hike we saw stickers everywhere to protect Tahoe they don’t want vacation rentals in their neighborhoods. We had the police called the first night at 10:15 (we went from the back inside at 9:45 earlier than suggested/instructed) because we were sitting inside the house talking with the windows open, literally no loud music just us enjoying each other’s company. There’s no air-conditioning (sorry that small window unit that requires the window to be open does not suffice) and it was 80+ degrees in the house. The sheriff said we weren’t being that loud, all they heard was talking, laughing, but the neighbors around here are very picky. A first night ritual from one of the neighbors is the impression we had after they very politely left.
Why? Why would you invite families and friends to come up here and have a good time when your neighbors don’t want us there….very disappointing. You advertise 12 can stay so again with no air conditioning, how do you expect that many people to not be heard in an environment that noise travels so far so easily. Add that you have to leave the one window open to have the insufficient space cooler requiring the window open to operate to run at all.
This place is only good if you want to read a book every night or close the windows and sweat to death!
Not to mention I stepped on a non secured block that was on top of the ledge next to the corn hole game they had set up for us in the backyard, slipped and fell bouncing off the hot tub and broke my toe. With as many sue happy people that live in this world (like in that neighborhood) you might want to fix that wall! Those top blocks are required to be glued down. Once I put the block back that fell with/on me you could see there was a very small portion of glue underneath. It obviously didn’t work as I went along and every single one of the top blocks is loose and waiting for someone else to get hurt.

The whole family absolutely loved this home. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We loved all the king beds and the spacious kitchen and living room area. They all said it was the nicest place they’ve ever stayed.

The whole family absolutely loved this home. There was plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable. We loved all the king beds and the spacious kitchen and living room area. Overall the house was beautiful and clean. It had the perfect bedroom set up for my family. We were very upset though that it listed a hot tub and there was a hot tub at the property, but we couldn't use it. The property manager never communicated to us there was a problem with the city that made the hot tub unusable. When we booked the house for our family ski trip the hot tub was a priority, so we were very upset too discover after we had arrived that the property really does not have a working hot tub! It was so close to perfect, but so disappointing.
