The views are spectacular and the apartment is very central. There is everything you need. The bar downstairs is great, as is the pool. The check in instructions were spot on and Alexander was extremely obliging. We had no issues whatsoever with anything and we would stay again.

The noise could be an issue for some due to the extremely central location but having read the reviews, I took earplugs. It certainly didn't detract from our stay and my husband didn't even notice it.

The host, Alexander, has been very polite and has replied fast to all of our enquires, has left us with explicit instructions and everything we need to find his apartment. Breathtaking glamorous view. The windows that could have been opened any which way. Spacious living room with kitchen, fully equipped kitchen, even with spices and whatnot every little thing you might think of and need, was in there, down to toothpicks and cotton ear buds. Great bed very large, very comfortable. Nice bedside stands with lamps on each side. Beautiful tall wardrobe with mirrors. Fast internet connection more than 350Mbps, lots of TV channels and I appreciated I could find English ones as well, it drove me insane how all of the channels were dubbed in Spanish :)) first location were at we only had Spanish channels, thank god we could find some English ones here. Great modern bath, kitchen, large wardrobes, night stands, Fast elevators. We have cooked here and everything was working perfect. The places around this area served very poorly cooked food but this is to be expected in a touristic area. I literally had a better Tapas platter on the plane on my way to Tenerife. Great outdoor pool to chill get a nice swim and and a tan if you don't feel like heading to the beach. I would come again with no doubt, great views and great beaches.

There are a couple of clubs around, one is at the button of the building called Tramps and one across the street called Jumping Jack's, these will play loud music until early hours of the morning so if your not prepared for that and hate music, you should not book here. I read other reviews and I knew what to expect (most beach locations) have this insane sound. Take into account this is at 11th floor and you can hear music quite loud. Did not bother me all that much, but I think other people should knew it's not a quiet location from 10PM until 4-5AM (depending on the day). No good food anywhere. They are not promoting local food and where they are promoting it, it's very poorly made also expensive, I was very disappointed of the culinary experience in Spain, I was expecting to be engrossed with culinary delicacies, unfortunately it's not the case for this island, nevertheless we gave up on this and cooked our own food. I swear the Tapas I had on the plane was better than any to be found on this Spanish island, best food I served here believe it or not was Asian :))))) Too many African people selling weed and coke and other drugs on the street, also selling sheets and fake sunglasses and they are relentless and so annoying. When we got here there was a guy that was so annoying and insisted to help us to our room and whatnot, literally 10-15 minutes he just annoyed us, until we started to ignore him and he left.

View is good, this is what the owner/manager always repeated to me on my every question about noise or about everything.

DON’T DO THE SAME MISTAKE & READ THIS. This is by far the worst stay I’ve ever been. Yeah, the view is good but you can’t sleep because there is so much noise from the clubs right before the appartment even at 3-4 AM. Manager of this appartment will say to you just close the window, but without open window you can’t breathe because it’s so hot, no air-conditioner so it’s make impossible to sleep. Anyway even through closed window there is enough noise to not let you sleep. I tried to communicate with manager of this appartment some cancel on next days, but he said no, view is good. I think he prefers money over client happiness. So don’t ruin your holiday and go somewhere else, that’s my advice. Anyway Tenerife is so beautiful, just no from this appartment.

it would be good for a family if they arrived late at the night that there would be a selection of fruits and a bottle of champagne etc. if they came from a late flight.

The place is in the 11th floor of an apartment, the view is beautiful, the sun goes down right in front of you. 3 minutes walk from the nearest beach. Perfect location, you have everything nearby, you can explore the rest of the area (Adeje and Cristianos) in 20-30 minutes walk to left or right, along the coast or inside the city. Parking is free, hardly any space in front of the apartment, but go till the end of the street, after the roundabout there is plenty, a few minutes extra walk. Our host Aleksandr was really nice, we discussed the details on viber, he waited us in the agreed time and come to check out also on agreed time, it was flexible. You have everything you need in the flat, even washing machine. Bed was comfy, although I guess only around 180-190 so if you are taller you might find your feet off the edge.

Since it was really close to the party area of the town, it was really noisy during nights. Hard to sleep with the windows open.

Realtà super recommended!! The guy from the apartment, Alexander, was really nice. he called me a few days before departure to make sure of everything, to let me know that in the apartment we would also find towels, for the bath and also for the beach, a hairdryer and every comfort. Our flight landed at 10.05pm and he was waiting for us around 10.30pm. we had problems picking up the car, the airport was deserted, there was no taxi. At the end we took a bus, the last one at 11.30pm and we arrived at the apartment at 12.20am. Alexander waited for us and called several times to know that everything was ok. the apartment has every comfort, large and comfortable bed. It is at the 11th floor and therefore a beautiful view. 1 min walking to the beach, restaurants, small mini market . Thank you Alexander, if we go back to Tenerife it will definitely be here!
