Beautiful property in a beautiful location. Very comfortable and easily accommodated our family size.

My husband and I were planning on driving from Indiana but he ended up sick in the hospital. I ended up flying without him 😢. We had absolutely every thing we needed in our condo!! It was amazing, we even had an umbrella for a rainy night. Beach towels and chairs were plentiful and nice. Had a wonderful time and no worries!! We will be back next year!!

The property and location was wonderful for a long weekend friend’s getaway. Being directly on the beach was perfect. We enjoyed walking to Indialantic coffee in the mornings, and restaurants in the evenings. It was nice to have beach chairs and towels available.

We stayed here from 12/25/23 until 1/3/24. It is a nicely furnished, well located unit. We have stayed here previously and enjoyed it very much.
But this time there was a serious problem involving major construction in an adjacent unit, apparently due to a collapsing deck. The manager and owners of our unit surely knew about this, but did not inform us ahead of time or offer us alternatives.
Construction went on for the entire duration of our visit, from ~8AM until ~4PM or later. The noise of drilling and hammering was incessant and extremely loud. The vibrations shook the walls. We talked to the construction manager, who told us on the first day that the noise would be finished soon. But it never was until the day we left.
The workmen strewed construction debris on the lawn in front of our unit, including sharp metal fragments. We found roofing nails on our patio. The workmen blew clouds of dust everywhere, so we had to keep our sliders closed most of the time. We could not use our patio or
deck at all. Overall, this construction made it impossible for us to enjoy our vacation.
We wrote a note to the manager at the end of our stay, detailing the problems and requesting partial compensation. She responded by apologizing and said she would forward our complaint to the owners and "have them rectify this immediately". But we never heard back. We made two further communication attempts and both were ignored.

Our group couldn’t have had a better experience. Three couples away for a quick weekend trip- and it was just the perfect spot for it.
The townhome was spotless, so well maintained and we were accommodated with everything a group or family would need. Great privacy for each room with its own bathroom.
The beach is so quiet and exclusive - views are amazing.
Would love to come here again! Thank you for everything!

Beautiful vacation destination. Every detail is covered. It’s a very short walk from the patio to the beach. If vacationing in Melbourne in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

This was a quiet location right on the beach. It was perfect for the quiet days and strolls on the beach. The location also offered access to restaurants and shopping nearby. This property included everything you would need to enjoy the ocean! I will definitely be back to enjoy the ocean!

Large clean town home steps away from the beach, which worked out well for us as we have small children. So, it was easy to bring the kids back to the home for rest and cooling off and snacks.

This is one of my favorite properties I have stayed at. With there being 3 bedrooms/3 baths, it was perfect for us with two almost grown children. The place was very clean, stocked with everything we needed. It is right on the beach and close to many great restaurants. There are small grocery stores nearby if there is anything you need. The view from the balcony is beautiful. I would highly recommend this location.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this lovely town house and it has consistently been deserving of a 5 star review. It is clean, well maintained and tastefully decorated. Nikki is so attentive to her guests, a 5 star host!! The beach location is wonderful with shopping and restaurants close. Great place for families or a quiet get away.

What a beautiful condo! Exceptionally tasteful, decor, kitchen was well equipped, nice laundry and laundry supplies, beach toys, beach towels, everything you could need. We enjoyed beautiful sunrise views. The two king-size beds were awesome. The third bedroom looked so appealing I actually had to take a nap in there one day even though we weren’t using that room! The upper balcony off the master bedroom was a great place for cocktails in the evening. The table on the lower deck was a great place for breakfast and lunch and relaxing. We even had the thrill of anticipating a space launch that we could have seen from the beach in front of our condo but they are aborted it at T -59 seconds! We are shellers and enjoyed finding many different types of shells on the beach . The beach is very walkable – yes there was some seaweed but it was pushed up high by the tide and never caused any problem. We were just minutes away from several great restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay so we highly recommend the place and hope to come back again!

We come to Melbourne Beach often and this was definitely the nicest place we’ve stayed. Perfect location, super comfy beds, good shower. Overall nice decor and functional kitchen (though we didn’t cook in this trip) check in was effortless- highly recommend!

My family truly enjoyed the stay. The owners where very accommodating with even the little touches of nightlight’s and hooks to hang things up. The tv in the master was damaged but within days we had a new one. The only thing the room where my son’s family stayed didn’t have a tv and a chest for clothes. The location was awesome and loved the decor.

We discovered the dryer was not working and owner was aware but didn’t notify us. We discovered it ourselves. Other than that small hiccup, place was great!

Let me start with the positives. I liked the layout of the condo, we were all able to fit comfortably. The upstairs guest room had 3 beds which was ideal for our family. The master bedroom and bathroom were spacious and the downstairs bedroom was also roomy and accommodating. You also cannot beat the views, or being able to open up the back door and be on the beach in less than a minute.
Now the bad, the room wasn't as clean as you would expect for the price you pay. There were lots of areas that had collected dust. There was also a "biological" stain on the sheets that after we washed them was gone (draw your own conclusion). The dryer was broken (and had been prior to our arrival) and yet this was not communicated to us prior to our arrival.
All in all, we didn't have a bad time. The host was responsive to our issues and we were given a modest concession. With the issues we had though, this fell short of the "luxurious" townhome we expected and paid for.
We probably will not be returning here.

Great location. Couldn't be closer to the beach. No resorts or hotels near the property so the beach is yours. Melbourne is far enough south to avoid the crowds. The condo has everything you need. We had a great time. Nikki took great care of us.

I would absolutely rent this condo again. Beautifully decorated, clean, with plenty of towels, well stocked kitchen. 86yo Grandmother was able to stay on the first floor and easily get in and out. Short walk out to the beautiful beach. The upstairs bedroom with the queen and two twins was perfect for my immediate family of 4 with two young boys. Just perfect and I'm picky!
