The property location could not be any better with direct access to a beautiful uncrowded beach close to great restaurants and a Publix. The photos and description are accurate and there were no surprises. The townhouse ac worked well and the 3 bedrooms are laid out so everyone had privacy. Watching the sunrise from the patio was incredible.

Great location, property has everything you need for a great vacation. We enjoyed watching numerous turtles make the journey to lay their eggs . Numerous local businesses that are welcoming and friendly.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. Coffee on the bacon was one of my favorites parts of the day. Beach access can’t get easier!

We had a family of 6 stay in this 3 bedroom beach house and had an absolutely wonderful weekend on the beach. There was plenty of room, lots of seating, a full kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, comfortable beds, and you walk right onto the sand. The location is right in the middle of restaurants, shopping and entertainment, but still quiet in your own corner of the area. I highly recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Indialantic. I am a local and I hope to stay again soon!

We loved the location of the house in relation to the ocean, shopping, and sites. We did have a few problems but didn't want to have the management company come to address these issues. First of all the cleanliness of the home was not stellar, for example, countertops were filthy, floors were dirty, soap scum from prior renters in showers, bugs etc. I spent 2 hours upon arrival cleaning. Kitchen staples need to be replenished: more silverware (a matching set would be nice) and more plates are needed. The water in the master bath sink just trickled out... my husband fixed the problem. Plus the toilet seat in the master doesn't fit the toilet and shifts. The 2nd master bathroom toilet doesn't fill properly so that needs to be addressed. We turned it off so it would not continue to run. The washer had excessive black mold around the seal. We realize that front loaders can do that but it could use some attention. Lastly the parking... oh my. If you have 2 large vehicles good luck getting into that second spot when other homes are using both of their spots! Again, we loved the location but the interior just needs a little attention.

Lovely well appointed well stocked townhouse nestled in the sand directly in front of the glorious Indialantic beach! Beware though once you stay here you may not want to return home! The views were absolutely breathtaking. The host is immediately responsive via text. The check in process was effortless. The townhouse is stocked with any beach goers needs. Truly a gem! Would definitely love to return!

We had 2 grandparents, 2 adults and 2 kids and loved our visit! Plenty of space, everything we needed, including tons of beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, etc. Well-stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and couches. The best part is how short the walk is to the sand. Beautiful sunrises and perfect days at the beach! We will be back for sure.

We had plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 full size teenagers. The access to the ocean and the sunrises are amazing. Very clean and accommodating. Hope to come back soon.

Great location, very well done

We traveled with three teens (16,19 & 19) and this property was perfect. Great location, 3 bathrooms, nicely furnished for meals, games, and family time.

3 old friends getting together to relax and catch up. We loved each having our own bath and bedroom. The kitchen was great to make some of our meals while visiting. The condo is spacious, very clean and well equipped. The location is great, close to everything. We loved being just over the dunes to the practically deserted beach. The 2nd floor balcony was wonderful to sit and enjoy our morning coffee. Thank you Emily for sharing your place with us!

This home is more than that. It's a tranquil escape from the stresses of the city. Quiet location and literally only steps to the ocean. The view of waves greet you in the morning along with beautiful sunrises. Sitting outside at night you can watch the ocean waves or look up to a sky full of stars. Kitchen is well stocked with necessary cooking items. The beds are very comfortable too. Overall clean and welcoming. Plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. It's only a short drive to great restaurants and shopping - try Ichabod's Bar and Ocean 302 for very good meals. Go to Mediterranean Grocery for an unbelievable selection of wines, a delectable bakery and deli. We'll be back to this little bit of heaven on earth. Thank you!!

This is one of the best VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in. This place is absolutely amazing. Beach access is so easy and the location and views are incredible. So clean and comfortable and everything was perfect! Can’t wait to come again.! We absolutely love this place. What a gem!
