Perfect location for this luxurious, spacious, beautifully decorated condo. The sunset views were spectacular! It’s a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The infinity pool was refreshing. It had absolutely everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.

Everything was wonderful. Short walk to beach , shops and restaurants. Parking easy. The pool was bit chilly but they had rain before we arrived. Perfect location.

The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable. Good location and easy to access. The hosts even had a food basket waiting for us. Great touch. I would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time in Deerfield, and couldnt recommend this location and stay higher!!! It was wonderful and we will absolutely be back.

The property was very clean, spacious, and well equipped with everything you'll need. Beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella.Beds were very comfortable and walk inshowers were vry nice. Beautiful views with the floor to ceiling windows. The property is very well maintained and quite.The pool is very nice. There was plenty of shade ifu wanted to get out of the sun. There was 3 very close grocery stores andWalmart5 mins away. We felt verysafe here with the gated parking and having to have code to get in the building. We were on a girl's trip and felt very safe in this area. We walked to local restaurants and shops almost every night. Really is the perfect location. Very short walk to the beach if u wanted to go for a few hours then come back and grab lunch at the condo. We just left our things at the beach while we grabbed lunch at either the local restaurants there on the beach or at the condo and no one bothered anything. We would definitely stay here again. Abba responded very quickly to any questions i had. Also about the property, there was a trash shoot that is located on the same floor that makes life so easy..you dont have to haul your trash down and mess with a dumpster or leave it sitting there till you decide to take a trip down stairs. Thats huge in my opinion..would highly recommend. There was also in the closet a high chair, stroller and crib if u needed for a child. We did not need these items but thought that was awesome they had these available if u needed.

There were some things that needed to be fixed but overall it was a good place to stay.

My family had a great time at this property. Place was clean and convenient for walking to the beach and nightlife.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Hemingway Penthouse. It was beautiful and the views were amazing. It was a quick walk to the beach, and there are a lot of great restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend it and hope to stay again!

Property is stunning and the balconies are fabulous. We enjoyed the beach and pool almost every day. There are so many great restaurants and shops within walking distance that there is plenty to do.

Clean, beautiful , safe, convenient

Very quiet building. Elegant spacious apartment with wonderful balcony facing the intracoastal waterway. Two blocks from the beach and two blocks from the bridge over the intracoastal. Many restaurants in walking distance.

The condo was beautiful with breathtaking views! Nice and roomy and beautifully decorated. The only minor issue was there was not enough, if any, supplies. This may be because of COVID but I didn’t feel like heading to the store again upon my arrival. No dish soap napkins, salt etc. We did have an amazing stay though! Plenty of beach supplies too!

Easy two block walk to the beach (go to the South to avoid long light at Hillsboro and Ocean). We took two beach chairs and umbrella from condo, then rented two chairs and umbrella to form our bubble for 4 on the beach. Plenty of towels, including beach towels, and with huge washer/dryer, we had fresh towels daily. Large condo, great views. Located right at the bridge for easy on and off the island before getting into beach traffic. The AC broke and was fixed in under two hours. Could not get dinner reservation for Saturday, so we went to Pop's Fish Market and made fabulous dinner in well appointed kitchen.

Abbe was great. The set up and amenities, like beach towels and chairs made it uber convenient with kids.

Abbe was an amazing host. We felt right at home the minute we walked in. The building is very secure and quiet. The views are amazing as well. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

The views were fantastic!! Way better than direct ocean front. Seeing the causeway activity, intercoastal view, AND ocean views were stunning from this penthouse. We absolutely loved the panoramic views. The pool was refreshing. And the location was a perfect, just a short walk to outdoor beach-front restaurants and the beach. Gorgous sunsets were a highlight from the western porch and beautiful sunrises were a plus from the northeastern porch. We are sooo glad we had Hemingway House's inland, penthouse view of the fireworks. We could see fireworks spanning multiple towns. It was the best fireworks display and view that we will see in our lifetime. Renting over the 4th of July weekend is a must! And if I were the owners, I'd charge by the night per person, rather than than simply per night. Great 4th of July value for an unforgettable get together! Love the digital, keyless entry to the parking lot, building, and unit. Abby and her husband were very accommodating property managers, with stocking the condo with all the necessities and luxuries needed for a long term stay. Plenty of pool accessories and for all age groups as well. The beds were ultra comfortable. Love the multitude of extra pillows. We rented for about three months while we home searched. It was a perfect fit. Comfortable, 5-star amenities, close proximity to fun in the sun and relaxation, stunning views, and just gorgeous. Enjoy your vacation or extended stay. It is very worth it.
