Der private, abgeschirmte Pool ist mit einem Grill (Propan ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr), Liegestühlen, Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse, einem Spa (Poolheizung ist eine zusätzliche Gebühr) und einem Sicherheitstor ausgestattet. Jedes Badezimmer ist mit 1 Rolle Toilettenpapier ausgestattet (zusätzliches Toilettenpapier liegt in der Verantwortung des Gastes). Pro Gästekapazität stellen wir 1 Badetuch und 1 Badetuch zur Verfügung. Die Poolheizung ist gegen eine zusätzliche Nachtgebühr erhältlich. So we were super excited to spend 4 days at this property but encounter some very disappointing issues. 1 - (Thursday) We paid for the propane but at arrival, the grill was not there and had to wait until the next day to call and request one, even though I had messaged them right away to report the missing grill and other minor issues. We also had a coffee machine with no coffee pot. Ok no biggie, the problem was solved. 2 - (Friday) We had a little bit of a pest issue inside the house, which we reported right away (mice and roach) and I was told they'd call pest control right away. My husband tried calling after and for some reason he got hung up on (I'll blame that on the bad reception there). I waited hours and nothing so now it's after hours and I messaged them and the response was that they had put in the work order. 3 - (Saturday) - My husband called the office and no answer, to which he left a voicemail and no one ever called us back so we pretty much just gave up and decided to be patient and just keep waiting for pest control to come. Having to be in a house with a mouse running around is not fun but we had no choice... we had to just be on the lookout. Luckily we didn't see any more roaches (after my husband killed the huge one we encountered). Pest control never showed up and we never got a call from management. I did send them an email they told me that they tried calling me back (I NEVER RECEIVED ANY CALLS OR MESSAGES SAYING THAT) to tell me pest control would not be able to make it until Tuesday the 31st of May (THE DAY AFTER WE CHECKED OUT LOL) On a positive note, the house is very spacious and the AC works great (a plus for me). We are very disappointed in the customer service but whatever, we live and we learn.

Check in was good, but the paper that had the QR code could be better, maybe use the same code that house is, or a better way to scan the paper. We also found that the house was not cleaned very well, as this COVID-19. I whipped down the kitchen and the bathrooms to be sure that it was clean, as we found a dish that had a piece of meat and a sandwich was left in the refrigerator. The SPA did not heat up as we paid for the heater be turned on I called the office and ask if a person could come and look at it, but I did not hear if someone came by or not. When the trash guys came around some items came out of bags, this was before we got to the house we noticed the next morning, I called and informed the office so someone could come and clean it up. No one did. The pool table didn't have any pool sticks had to call the office for some. We made sure that everything was clean before we left on Monday 2-14-2022. I would like to get money back for the heater not working on the SPA. Maybe some more pans to cook with. Thanks Jeff Bobyack

Overall stay was good only had 2 issues when I arrived the pool was dirty and sleeping in the beds at night was like sleeping on a rock but other then that it was good
