This was the perfect get away! The house was spacious and clean and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Drinking coffee every morning, enjoying the view of the lake and hills was wonderful.

Rental was easy,looked at several cottages on the lake online ,and picked the one best suited for are family. Then just click reservation, couldn,t be easier.

We loved this home. Cozy and comfortable with everything we needed. The kitchen is up to date with great appliances for cooking in if you chose to do so. Great location. Will stay again! Our doggies loved it too.

The property has a nice size fenced in yard for dogs to run around. The place was very clean and up to date. They left minimal necessities for you to use and a ton of cookware options. The only drawback is the shared water access but we worked around it.

This was a great place for our family to stay for a wedding we drove up from NC to attend. Spacious and clean. The kayaks were easy to use with the convenient lake access. Friendly neighbors too!

This home is everything and more, we’re already planning another trip. We invited local family over one day and everyone was amazed with how nice and clean the home was. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, kayaks and floats to enjoy the water & covered back patio that’s fenced in for kids or pet which ours loved. Thank you for everything!

This is our second time staying at one of Kelly's homes and we will definitely be back again! This home is clean, stylish, and welcoming and a great place to gather with family. We love to cook and were so happy with the ease of the kitchen and it's functionality. A private deck off the main bedroom created another space to enjoy some alone time. Also lots of fun games, puzzles, and kayaks to enjoy the lake.

Very open floor plan and nicely decorated house on the Honeoye Lake. Spent the days enjoying wineries on Seneca and Cayuga Lakes. Spent the evenings relaxing at the house and lake.

Family and I had a great stay in this newly updated clean lake home. House was clean and fresh upon arrival with bottle of local wine greeting us. Great open floor plan and fully appointed kitchen that has everything you need to prepare meals and grill at the house. Our children had a wonderful time playing in the kayaks that are provided for use. There is not a place for children to easily walk out into the water, but they can jump off the dock. There is a town beach ten minutes north of house that is fun for little kids . Water shoes recommended for that beach due to lots of sharp rocks. House is not direct waterfront, but is a very short walk (maybe 50 yards) to water from large yard that boasts a fireplace and Adirondack chairs for guest use. Situation of house allows for beautiful lake views. We had our dog with us and it was wonderful to have the fenced yard and so many easy hikes all within 10-15 minute drive.

We had a wonderful week at this property, it had everything you would need. Very nice neighbors that lived there. The only thing was that the people who rented the house next door had five dogs, we had our one dog. They were fine but just something to be aware of. Overall very nice.

The property was immaculately maintained. The location was great. Boat dock was very convenient. Fenced yard is good for dogs - but have watch small dogs - because our mini dachshund found several places to escape! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the kitchen layout for cooking and large driveway for parking our vehicles and boat. This cabin is in a very friendly neighborhood and close to great hiking, several other lakes and good food.

The owner was great with communication. The house was great - very large. Our pup loved the fenced in yard and the view of the lake was beautiful.

We can’t say enough about this lovely home. We rented it for a long term, being we had sold our home on Long Island in the fall, and the Townhouse in the Rochester area that was under construction, that we had rented, would not be ready until February (although it turned out to be May). Kelly and Pete are the best hosts you could ever imagine! The house was gorgeous and spot clean when we walked in the door. Any little issues we had were met and corrected immediately. And they both are lovely people! The other plus is that is house is pet friendly, our two dogs had a great time in the large fenced in back yard (they certainly protected us from any of the dangerous squirrels, tee-hee). We also had a wonderful experience with the great neighbors who gave us tips of good places to eat, where to shop or visit. When the lake was snow covered ice, one lent me her cross country skies to have a try at it (awesome, going to be buying a pair of them!!!). Dear Norm & Betty just recently (last weekend), when the put their pontoon boat in the water, took us out for a beautiful afternoon tour around the lake. Very cool (and beautiful!) So I can highly recommend this property if your looking for a lake house vacation. They have everything you might need to play on the lake or if a rainy day stuck indoors, games, puzzles, a foosball table (we didn’t try that). Truthfully, we are sad to be leaving. This was our third trip to this property. It's very clean, comfortable, and it has a great yard for our dogs! This time we did some hiking and visited a nearby winery. I would definitely recommend this house for a getaway on Honeoye.

My boyfriend and I along with my sister and her husband stayed here for 5 nights and it was wonderful. The house is absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. It really felt like home. The open floor plan is a great feature and the kitchen is to die for. I found myself cooking multiple times, way more than I normally would on vacation. We decided to travel with our dogs this time (first time ever) and to say that they loved it would be an understatement. The yard takes dog friendly to a whole different level. We have a lab/Pointer mix and my sister's dog is a boxer mix, both very high energy dogs. These two goofballs enjoyed running around every square inch of the yard. It really was wonderful to watch them having such a great time. Zoomies in the yard in the morning, hiking some beautiful trails in the afternoon, by dinner they were spent. So much so that when we took them to some breweries all they wanted to do was go back to the house and sleep in front of the fireplace. I can't say that I blame them, the fireplace was fantastic and we humans really enjoyed it too. There were a couple of nights that we had some rain and low temps and I wasn't able to get the wall units to blow warm air so we just used the fireplace and that was fine for us. Kelly was super responsive to every question that we had. She did offer to help with the wall units but like I said we were comfortable with just using the fireplace. Due to the rain we weren't able to enjoy the outdoor fire pit but the one inside was just fine. My boyfriend and I come to this area of NY 1-2 times a year and we always stay at the same hotel. Wanting to try something different we decided this time we'd make it a family trip and bring the dogs too. Best decision ever to stay here! Looking forward to doing it again!

We stayed in the property for a week and was our first visit to the finger lakes area. The house is very clean and beds were very comfortable. The open concept is great, and the remodeled kitchen with new appliances and view of the lake was a pleasure to eat in. They have fire pit next to the lake we used every night. They have a fenced yard for your dogs which is also a huge plus. Kelly was very responsive to any of our concerns or questions. We went in the fall and would love to experience it in the summer.

Great retreat for quiet relaxing time. Updated kitchen and lots of space with views of lake. Had everything we needed. Perfect for traveling with the dog. She loved the fenced backyard and access to covered back deck from bedroom.
