We loved the location and the charming building. The modern theme was also really enjoyable. Easy check-in instructions. We were able to walk all around downtown from this location. It's a long walk to the river, but we made it and felt fairly safe. Loved the small balcony and bottles of water in the fridge.

The mini split did not seem to work. It had an error code light on. It was a bit cold in there.

The location and the quaintnance of property

There was such great communication before we arrived and they were incredibly accommodating! The bed was very comfy and the community kitchen made getting ice and water very convenient.

Only two complaints about this property. First- it's not the quietest stay ever. Lots of noise from the street as well as noises in the room, bring some earplugs! Second- the bed is very very high off the ground, may contact the property beforehand if you have accessibility issues.

Great little place. Was roomy, clean and easy to find.

The common lounge, laundry room, dining room. Modern design of building.

Need more towels/wash clothes. Limited surrounding parking.

Secure access to the building. Nice recreational area. Building and shared kitchen was clean. Room was small but cozy. AC unit worked great to keep the room nice n cold. Great access to all downtown Chattanooga.

No TV in the room. Had to go pay for parking everyday. Lots of sirens and a church bell but expected in a city.
