So happy with this property. Unique floor plan, lots of light, very clean, great location! Thoroughly enjoyed our time and would love to stay again. Cherry on top was a lovely community garden across the street.

From start to finish this was the easiest stay thus far. The home was even better in person. The Hosts were exactly what all hosts should be. They met us upon arrival and checked in with us during the stay. Everything was easy and we could focus all our attention to our family vacation! Definitely will be staying at their properties again. The biggest thank you for the amazing place and experience!

Loved this home, fun and unique floor plan, great location, and clean. Appreciated the home tour when we arrived and the easy communication. We could easily walk to restaurants, coffee shops, the beach and the pier! Would stay here again if we’re back in the area.

Good communication and location, and has many amenities available at the house (although we did not use the bikes and beach chairs those are available). Lots of space for our family of 6 and very clean.

The house is super clean and well maintained. The location is great! The beach is just a block away and the Santa Monica pier just a few minutes. Main street shopping and restaurants are also just a block away in the other direction. One small issue came up concerning the (fabulous) kitchen. I mention this only because it is noteworthy how fast James took care of it. It‘s nice to have a landlord interested in making your stay as comfortable as possible. Thanks James & Olga.

This house was the perfect place for our family of 5 to escape to for the week for Spring Break. There was more than enough room for all of us and we enjoyed extra perks like the rooftop deck and pool table. The proximity to restaurants, beach and freeways was a huge help. The communication with the owner and host was also seamless. Definitely would stay again. Thanks!

Location, great. Condition great. Exactly as described. Manager great in every respect. One situation with garage door, (error on our part) but turned out that it was not an issue at all. Had to call manager late in evening and they picked up right away. Good feeling to know they were reachable at anytime. Would do this one again in a heartbeat.

We loved our stay at this home. The communication with the property manager was excellent. The location allowed us to walk everywhere, and it was so close to the beach! House was in pristine condition, clean and fabulous furnishings. We would definiatley stay here again.

Wonderful property for a family beach stay
We live in the desert & were looking for a nice space for our last family vacation before our son moves out since he graduated this month. This house was beautiful and located in a great spot that made it easy for our group to find things to do at the beach. The property is spacious enough to find personal space while also enjoying each other's company. The whole experience was easy and fun with this property. We especially enjoyed being able to ride the bikes down to the beach area.

The owner, manager, and caretaker were hard working, generous, conscientious, and responsive. The house is kitschy, spacious, and fun. The location is wonderful. We met old friends and made new friends, and look forward to returning to this terrific place.

Roomy and very comfortable with lots of choices for relaxing outside. Ample space for several adults to work from home without interfering with each other.

This property is fantastic in all ways! Clean, funky, situated perfectly, and comfortable! We came to the area to visit our 25 yo daughter, and our son, his wife and their newborn came down from San Jose. There was plenty of room and the access to beach and amenities is perfect.
There are a couple of suggestions which would make this the best rental we’ve stayed in yet (and we have done this for years!): please add more cutlery service as there are not enough forks! I think there were only six! Lol. Not a huge deal but easier for meals. The other item would be to remove the very uncomfortable bunk beds and put in another queen bed for adults. And the room off of the kitchen should be set up as another adult bedroom too! This is definitely the house we want to rent again, but need minimum of one more queen bed for another son and his wife!

It was large, clean and modern with lots of light and the beds were comfortable. We loved all the toys in the garage...the beach cursors were awesome (a 26 mile bike/running path outside the door) and we also enjoyed the boogie and skid boards, the basketball (there are fantastic public tennis and basketball courts down the street), and the beach chairs. The house is located on the best part of the beach...about 5 houses down is the ocean where you can rent surf boards with instructors, a restaurant, volleyball courts. About a 10 min walk/jog north to the Santa Monica pier and 3ed street or south to Venice and Abbot Kinney Blvd and across the street is a great coffee joint. Walking distance to fantastic restaurants. 20 min drive to Hollywood, Beverly Hills or Malibu..but really no need to leave as you are in the best spot and will want to stay. My husband brought his road bike and rode up the mountains everyday. It was very hard to leave and we hope to return soon!

Everything was just beautiful and the hosts were very helpful and attentive to our needs! The weather wasn't great outside so we ended up having a lot of family "bonding time" in the house - which was just fine with us. It is such a unique and cool and fun and comfortable place to stay. Great location too - can walk anywhere to get what you need. We'll be back!

Overall a wonderful property, suited to a group of family & friends. Lots of outdoor areas to enjoy and inside rooms to relax. Everything was clean & very well catered for.
However, the information folder could do with reviewing as held very outdated information, as could the photos. The guitar my daughter was looking forward to using is no longer available, it might be worth noting that the Juke Box is for decoration only and the Pin Ball machine wasn't fully functioning. None of the Upstairs Outdoor lights were working which limited out enjoyment of those spaces after dark.
Fortunately the Pool Table worked perfectly.

Great location for the beach. Checking in was a little odd. They misunderstood our AM for PM, misunderstood the # of guests we had even though it was on the contract, and told us Check in time was 4pm but the cleaning people were still there. None of this was a huge deal it was just... odd. The one room with the bunk beds: mattresses were wildly uncomfortable so keep that in mind if you have back problems. But overall the place is great. It served our purposes since we mainly came to explore and not really to stay in the house.

4 families - ages 1 to 58 - stayed in this beautiful house for a week. The house is well appointed and very clean. The location is perfect for walking to the beach or to nearby restaurants and shops. We enjoyed cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating on the two rooftop decks. Olga and Phyllis were attentive and easy to work with. I highly recommend this property.

Family reunion
We stayed with 3 families -4 parents and 4 grandkids - from 3 to 12 - and had a great time. We were all comfortable with the house. Everything we needed was there. Super clean! The kitchen is well appointed. We cooked there most meals and had everything we needed. I loved the house! The bedding was nice and good quality. Olga and Phyllis were both very helpful.
