We love the location & the kids activities!
This condo has extremely old furniture. The master bed was uncomfortable after 2nd night we discovered mattress was flipped upside down - even with flip still uncomfortable and bed was super noisy. Furniture was old and falling apart. Multiple stains in carpet.

Very spacious as described! The complimentary shuttle is also a nice touch.
We chose this property bc no dogs were allowed, yet there were at least 3 people seen with dogs .
Also, why have a cleaning fee if you ask guests to take out their own trash ?
Also, with that cleaning fee, why does the condo have those old moldy shower curtains ? Surely you can afford to change those regularly . Mine looked like it had not been changed for months .

The view was amazing
The walls are thin and could barely get sleep because both sets of neighbors had kids that were up early in the morning making entirely too much noise

Location and amenities were awesome!
The fold out couch was uncomfortable. The table tops were glass that slid if you bumped into them (they weren't attached to the table frame). Carpets in master bedroom are ready to be replaced. Kitchen sink only put out cold water.

Didnt like being on the 11 floor but it was ok.
The cockroachs we seen we first got to the room outside not in the actual room..Kitchen xould have a few more pots n pans . The tv in master did not work can opener did not work. And the microwave did not go all the way around it stuck alot.

They gave me a hard time about my motorcycle, but eventually let me bring it in.

We left home around 7 AM the morning of our stay and I did not receive an email prior to that. We called on our way and had to wait over 20 minutes. We then hung up and chose new reservation option and then we got a live person. He gave us the code.
we were misled by your ad that it is a condo. We would say it is much closer to hotel/motel room. It had no kitchen, it just had a microwave and coffee pot. No place to clean the dishes.
It had no silverware or coffee cups (it had only one coffee cup). Even a cheap motel provides a couple of coffee cups.
It must have been a two-bedroom unit and they closed the connecting door and made two units. Well, we could hear our neighbors and could see the light under the door. Unfortunately for us, the neighbors had kids and they were running around the whole time.
The carper was dirty' not sure the last time they shampooed it. I find this totally unacceptable given that they charge cleaning fee.

Everything was perfect
As a cleaning lady... I recommend cleaning all the finger prints off the windows.and livingroom mirrors..and possibly cleaning the face of cabinets in kitchen and baths.
Especially with covid and making your renters feel good about there units being completely disinfected.
