Nothing!

Everything. I have already emailed Booking.com and Evolve. With Zero response. You advertised and clean and safe condo. This was neither.

Property is located well. Disney is close, fun town down the street, and there are plenty of restaurants and attractions close. It’s is private and offers a community gym and pool.

Property wasn’t clean. Bedding remade and unwashed you could smell the previous renters odor. The master bed is not comfortable whatsoever it’s a thin spring mattress. Roaches and mildew or mold in jets of the master bath. Throw up on the wall and blinds dried on to them. Microwave broken and glued back together with literal wall paper holding door together. Food and other items left in unit as there was no walk thru or inspection before the next party arrived. Overall very poor quality control and customer service on both the local contact end and evolve. Renter beware! Is it a place to stay sure. But for the money you can stay many other places with more to offer that will actually be clean and comfortable

Location and size it was comfortable

There were ants in the kitchen, I found a roach in a room and multiple spiders by the front door. The sinks also do not drain well.

The bathrooms were not clean, the shower walls and bathtub were not scrubbed with a sponge for a long time. They are just spraying cleaning products, rinse and drying it.

I was very unsatisfied with the place

I loved the location, close to everything we needed to be close to and the freeway was an easy connection to things further out. The place was clean and big. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, great sized kitchen and living area.

I didn't like that there weren't very many towels provided. The beds were overly soft and the pillows were super lumpy. Not all of the light fixtures were plugged in and I actually had to provide a light bulb for one of the rooms. They only left one garbage bag to refill, which didn't work for 10 days.

The condo was specious and good location close to a lot of parks.

It was outdated. Dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, the carpet in the rooms old and dirty, the comforter in the master room had stains on it, bathroom rugs not cleaned, the condo had an odor smell, cigarette butts left on the balcony, balcony not swept, had to wash the bathroom rugs and comforters in order to stay and feel more comfortable. Dust and mold around the fans. The pool closed at 6 pm which it was a bummer especially for a sunny state and being out on the parks during the day, it would have been nice to go to the pool after 6 pm. Overall the apartment needs updating from couches to the beds.
