The apartment was spacious and comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. The area was quiet.

They gave us 3 bath towels for our party of 6. There was 2 coffee packs for a 3 day stay. The pull out couch mattress was dirty. The jets in the bathtub were dirty. There was no where to deposit recycling.

very nice unit extremely clean

we had a second level unit and we’re keep up most night with people above us running back and forth across floors. contact management with no help. second night 11:30 same thing waking us up. contacted management that went to answering service that advised us to call police. we contacted police department and they sent out a unit. even police told us management should have handle this. I have stayed at thousand hills 3 times, this was awful. never stay there again.

I love the location of the property as well as the comfort ability of the condo. Every comfort of being at home!!!

There wasn’t anything I disliked

NOTHING

HORRIBLE NOT what we paid for. It was our 50th anniversary and we wanted & expected something nice. It was OLD & worn out plus it was crowded and not very clean. Even had a Rolly Polly bug crawling across the floor, I showed a picture & video to the front staff but they just laughed and said well put it outside. We were also expected to bag our trash, replace the bags which they stated was under the sink, even upon checking out. When I talked to the staff about the size of the room he just said well that is our 1 bedroom Condo, as I told him I have stayed in much nicer & definitely larger hotel rooms. There was only 1 lamp by 1 nightstand and regardless we couldn’t turn on a light without it hitting whomever was in the bed right in the face. What they call a balcony was just the walk up to the door, I looked over the rail to see just a little landscape & beer cans. If we looked out the window all we saw was stairs going down to the parking lot. I took my own little travel Keurig but the cups was more the size of an expresso cup so we found a Wal-Mart and bought us each one. The carpet was so worn out that there was space worn between it and the metal strip, I had on house shoes and accidentally stepped on it and it hurt my foot. I am sure if I think about it some more I could come up with more.

Very cozy all inclusive condo so comfy for a family 3 bedrooms 2 baths Wonderful jacuzzi tub and fully furnished kitchen

It was wonderful other than our 2nd day are keys were all deactivated accidentally so I had to return to the office to get new cards ,but it was a tiny hiccup in a fabulous condo
