The beds were really comfortable and the food in the restaurant was amazing!

This room was everything. Coming from Alabama to this resort was the best choice I have made very comfortable the staff was very nice. Will come back again.

My wife and I stayed at the THesis hotel in Miami for one night during a vacation to the USA. Overall, this is a nice hotel, with clean, comfortable, well-decorated rooms and reasonably good facilities.

However, I always find it irritating when parking is charged on top of the room charge. In this case, it was taken to the extreme with valet parking the only practical option for us (as the garage was on the other side of the adjacent sister hotel and cost $35 per night) and cost an additional $39 per night. Although our room was beautifully decorated, there was no refrigerator, the toilet paper was cheap and there were no shower caps. In addition, it was not practical to make a hot cup of tea in the morning (we are British!), as they only provided tiny cups for the Lavazza coffee machine. A health and safety warning: the bed bases have sharp corners and I managed to hit my leg on one in the dark, resulting in a severe shin wound. Breakfast was not included in our package and at around $30 per person, it may explain why the restaurant was empty in the morning. If I had noticed how exorbitant the parking charges were (although I admit it is shown under FAQ on their web site and on Booking.com), I would have looked for somewhere else to stay.
