Comfortable and well equipped.
Not much room in wardrobe in twin room. No information on how to work tv.

Roof Top Terrace with sea view was very amazing!
Air conditioning in August was very helpful.
Everything was fine. We advice to rent a car to get to the beach and everywhere you want.

We liked everything. The apt is a treasure find: cozy, beautiful. The estate itself is very well maintained and tranquil. The apt has everything you need and even more. Kitchen is stocked. Beds are amazing. Plenty of toys and entertainment for kids ) scooters, toys, build blocks, balls (very useful if you go to the illusion gravity road check). Sliding doors and windows have nets, but there were no mosquitos during our stay. Roof top is amazing, you can have dinners here and watch sunsets. There are also 2 balconies so you can pick one depending on what you want (sun or shade). The long one with a sea view has real plants. I had my morning ritual )) I watered them and then had my coffee watching the sea and lemon trees. Parking slot is convenient and easy to park, the way the car is parked you have the car fresher in the morning than outside. The apt is a short drive from the best (to my opinion) beach Coralia and coral bay as well. They are 2 together but I don't know why coral bay is considered the best on Google, I think it's just overadvertised. Coralia is much better, cleaner and more interesting outlay, sandy water entering.

Exceptional apartment,very modern, everything you needed was there , very light inside , comfortable beds ,great balcony with a lovely view ,and outstanding rooftop , suntrap for sunbathing, netflix ect on TV, supermarket few minutes walk away ,a few pubs further up the street ,and coral bay beach and coral bay pubs about 5 mins taxi away ,where you could catch the 615 bus to paphos Town and harbour ,would definitely recommend this apartment,

The property was really comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely book again.
Air-conditioning unit in bedroom didn’t work we could have done with using it to warm the bedroom up. Small issue.

Very comfortable bed. Loved the roof terrace. Swimming pool area was good. The pool was warm.

what a lovely find. well appointed, modern apartment with a lovely pool and stunning views. well facilitated with everything you need for your stay. very comfortable and homely

We had to call out someone to fix the air con as it was not working properly. We called the host who lived overseas who sorted it out very promptly.
I would not describe the properly as luxury though. Working in travel I have been to some very luxury places. The lounge area was nice and the kitchen however the door outside to the rooftop had tins of paint outside. The bathroom was not very nice, mould on the ceiling, around he bath trim and the metal tray that the shampoos were in was going rusty. Also one morning when we went out there was people painting the rails right outside the door.

Great location just 10 mins to coral bay and a few minutes from Peyia village. Great small complex with a good pool

Great apartment in a good location, although a car is probably essential. Roof terrace was fantastic, and communal pool was clean and nice to use. Everything was clean and tidy and worked, although we didn't use the A/C. Place was well equipped with kitchen things, towels, etc. Eddie was a great host, we didnt meet him but he was always responsive to messages and very helpful.
