The place is clean and closer to the airport.

I was expecting to stay at Classic lodge as i have booked to stay there only to be sent to Goldwell lodge because the place was full. That was a total turn off for me

I didn't have breakfast. The location is next to the airport and that makes it a good destination not to miss morning flight.

The place is moulding in the room as there is no ventilation except windows. You can smell the mould. No airconditioner in the room. There wardrope and table is old and smell mould. The bar fridge is old. The bedding is old thou tried to clean it maybe they need to get plain white bedding and towels. I was given only a hand not bath towel. I requested for iron but could not get it so I went wearing crisped clothing. The TV place only 3 channels that don't allow you to know the current affairs. It was soo noisy, I struggled to sleep until it was bit quiet after 23:45.

The receptionist was rude she's from Zimbabwe but she's more into Jonga ungangiqheli kakubi just rude I think it's better if u are male the other day I reserved a room of which has two beds but she chose to give it away n force me to cancel but I didn't she called the manager of which the manager was on her side

The receptionist was awesome. She went out of her way to accommodate us, a friendly and kind lady, Thank you malady, because of your hospitality, we will be coming back,clean and well kept facility.

Close to airport, clean, staff were really friendly and helpful and even took us to the airport next morning. Facilities basic but for the price value for money. This was a one night stop awaiting a flight, no complaints

Vehicle noise in the morning from locals going to work but this was unavoidable.

I didn't like the quantity and quality of the tissue paper they provide. Very very poor quality. The towels provided were smelling. TV couldn't not be played due to incorrect WiFi, help was asked but couldn't get.

Nao tinha pequeno almoco, mas tudo bem, so .nao gostei porque o quarto em que reservei nao foi o que me alocaram, tambem casa de banho tinha falta de outos produtos primarios.

In my room 5 the socket for charging fone was not operational luckily I had my own plug

The environment, location, calmness and the well equipped interior

I like the environment I enjoyed my stay peacefully

There were cockroaches in my room, there is no fan and all the utilities like fridges and such are left open so they are not even cold. The space feels very unsafe and dirty, no spoon for the coffee that they do provide and the bed does not have a duvet just rough uncomfortable blankets. If I could ask for a refund I would, because it was definitely not worth the price.

The serenity if the environment.

The staff were hostile. My chair and fan were taken away. My toiletries were not supplied without making demand. At times my room is not tidy up before my arrival to the lodge.

I loved the cleanliness and order from the reception to the room. The room was home away from home with a TV and ensuite shower and bath. Absolutely love it.

Wi-Fi connection was not strong

It was convenient for me and the price as well was good. They booked me an amazing Uber driver.

Other people kept making so much noise, and it was so disruptive.

The bathroom was nice and clean.

The leather on the headboard was pealing off over the pillows and bed. Also, it was cold for only 2 1ply blankets. Otherwise I liked the place.

I did not like anything about this place as they just don't have customer service, I still ask myself how Booking,com work with such places like this as we will lose our trust on Booking.com. I risk my life travelling from O.R. Tambo to this place and on arrival I was told the room is occupied and I personally had a confirmation letter that I am booked with them. The guy working there wanted to convince me that they replied to me telling me that their booking is up to 8pm and that was not true at all.

It could have been better for them not to be online or even to not advertised on Booking.com, they are a rotten potato that will affect our relationship with Booking.com. Imagine being told at 3h30am that your booking is not valid while you are having a confirmation letter that shows that your Room is waiting for you, I have never been disappointed like this, had to drive through Keptonpark to look for a room...My safety was compromised here. I can't recommend anyone to use this entablement as it is a sham.
