The location is reasonably priced and in a great location from the airport.

We were on our way out of the country, so it was just a quick overnight stay so we were near airport. Shuttle service was running a little late, but we made it to the airport in plenty of time. about a 10 min ride. Room was clean and nice. Bathroom good size and coffee available to make in room. We were hungry after arriving in evening, bartender took our order and made us hot food. we enjoyed it. We would stay here again.

TV didn’t have Monday night football. No ABC or ESPN. For 300 a night get a better cable service.

Close to expressway
The receptionist switched my room to a disability room, that was not clean or sanitized. When addressing her she thought it was funny, but gave me a regular room. Still wasn’t the type or size room I originally booked. No working ice machines. I arrived nearly at midnight, the inconvenience of everything was upsetting. Hard pass! The front desk late night worker was rude, rude, rude!!! Go somewhere else.

I booked online and was giving an option for arrival time which implied I could come between 4am and 5am that night. When I arrived I tried to check in and the front desk employee immediately said he couldn't help me after I asked I could check in. Not understanding, I proceeded to ask what he meant. He repeated it. I went to tell him I had just booked the room. He cut me off and said it was for tomorrow and that all the rooms were booked. As I was comprehending this and figuring out what I'd do for the night, he said it wasn't his fault. Which threw me off because i never said it was. And I said he didn't have to be rude which led to a shouting match which I'm not proud of, but I was exhausted and felt like he was just being rude for no reason. I was just sleepy and felt like he took out whatever annoyances he had that on me, so I sent my frustration back which is very uncommon for me. On top of all this I chose the pay at the hotel option while booking, and was still charged full price for the next day. Horrible experience. I wasn't all right but he definitely was out of line too.

We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. I used the gym which had the necessary equipment. The family also enjoyed a visit to the pool.
The shuttle service from/to O’Hare worked well.
There was a small market for snacks and some food, but this was extremely limited in what was offered.

To start the staff the lady in reception was not friendly at all rude and just not professional only because it was late other wise i would switch hotels but we ended up staying therw i dont understand if im getting three rooms why do i have to pay 6 different times 3 for rooms n 3 for deposit but anyways also the fact that we have to pay parking was not in booking.com there is a bad connection between Fairfield and booking.com because everytime i get this type of hotel they can never find the reservation

The breakfast was very good. The attentiveness of the staff was very good. I would like it if the pool was bigger and if there was a bench to sit on out front while waiting for the hotel shuttle. The rooms were great! I liked the window shade that let light through. The glass shower walls were very romantic and fun. The other guests were nice to be around.
The pool was smaller than I hoped. I would have liked for there to be a bench in front of the hotel to wait for the hotel shuttle. I did not like the large sugar crystals in the waffles.

Everything was great. But I like most the free shuttle to the airport and the breakfast. It's a great deal.

They Red headed lady was very rude and pushy.
Not only to us but even our daughter-in-law in another spot. We let that go and just thought she was maybe very busy or overworked.
Then later, when I mentioned to her there was no oatmeal left she made up an excuse why and why she didn't want to bother to replenish it. Very unprofessional for such a nice property. Maybe she should work at a lower end establishment! We Love Fairfield Inn's and always appreciate the efforts they make for cleanliness, comfort and great service!
It was very nice, great location to the airport.

Rooms are good, clean and comfy. Is very close to shops.
The instructions they give you for the shuttle are useless. I recommend texting them prior your flight with your terminal of arrival and asking dor details. They weren’t clear about it so I had a LOT of trouble going to the center door. And I didn’t have to, because they can pick up from terminal 5. After 1 hours waiting I managed to call and they said that usually the guest call them to arrange the pick up. None of this was mentioned on the instructions. But after that, the service was great and the driver was lovely. The toilet of my room got blocked twice until they moved me to other room.

The room and entire hotel was extremely clean. The towels and beds were soft. The staff were so nice and helpful. Location was great if traveling to/from ORD. A lot of food and shopping options in the area as well.
The only thing I did not like about the property was the parking. Although it does have lighting, all parking is at the rear of the hotel, leaving you to walk into a back door or walk up to the front. As a solo traveler, I would have preferred a more lit, less secluded parking area.

They don't have hand soap. Towels was ruff I had to go to Target to buy towels and hand soap. Second day housekeeping lea staned towel in the bathroom.

I did not stay at Fairfield and did not intend to do so. I was making a reservation to stay at Holiday Inn Express and somehow the commercial to stay at Fairfield Inn was mixed in with Holiday Inn Express. I thought I was confirming Holiday Inn Express. When I arrived at HIE, I realized something was wrong as they did not have a reservation. Fortunately, they did have a room still available. I did not know I had a Fairfield Inn Reservation until I returned home.
I would like my money returned as I did not stay at Fairfield Inn.
Being Charged for a room I did not get to use.
