Welcoming and workers were easy to get along with

Shuttle pick up excellent. Room clean and tidy. Good location, not far from airport. Two breakfast eating places close by with pavements leading to them.

Tried to contact the hotel before leaving home with no success. Tried to phone hotel from airport with no success. Discovered on arrival at hotel that they take a credit card amount? and keep an amount? Told by girl at reception that we got money off something? some free calls to ? It was late and we were tired these extra charges / money off items should have been put in writing.

Location and access to Ohare.

The beds were super comfy!! Staff were amazing! Loved that we could go to Harry Carays. Will definitely be back!!

Airport hectic room amazing but we're promised water in room nothing there also a voucher to spend in the shop didn't receive this. Thd check in was mayhem due to diverted flights. We had no choice because we were diverted

Breakfast was very good.

Provide normal toast bread and maybe some healthy yoghurts to have with the lovely fresh fruit.

The room was very comfortable and the bed was good. Close to the airport with a shuttle made our departure easy.

Having just made a trip to Chicago less than 2 months ago for a very similar reason I was very unimpressed with the way in which this hotel does stuff. For example they charged me $25 dollars per night to park in their regular parking lot it wasn't valet or anything just their parking lot I thought that was crazy. The hotel I stayed in previously didn't charge for that. This hotel didn't even offer a continental breakfast of any kind. And on top of that they put a hold on $300 dollars of my money during my trip for "incidentals", Again the hotel I stayed in last time didn't do that and they fed you a restaurant quality breakfast. I wouldn't choose to stay here a second time sadly.

They said my deposit will be back in 24 hours it’s been 8 days and still haven’t received it.

Close to the airport, shuttle picks you up, great staff, very helpful, only a cheap Uber Ride away from Rosemont to nice bars and comedy club

old renovation, everything is generally old, no bottles of water in the room, the price for the hotel is too high. I was also charged an additional $150 without explanation. Terrible place I would not recommend it to anyone.

Can choose high floor, big car park, easy to get to city by Train from airport.

carpet are old , only one restaurant. staff are not smile.
