Very nice, well-maintained property. Great location and amenities - Game room, firepit, covered car port, plenty of beds, and a very short walk to the lake. Will definitely stay again!

This place was the perfect place for a weekend getaway with friends or family. I was blown away by all the amenities as well as space for yard games. Comfortable for 9+ people.

We have rented this exact house 2 years in a row for vacation the kids always have a blast as well as the adults! It's a short walk or drive to the lake. The neighbors and community are wonderful! We leave most lake items on the nice sandy beach and no one's touched our items! We also didn't get bitten by a single mosquito the entire time we were at the house! The owners are amazing and super responsive they always responded to us within minutes! We look forward to returning again! The only thing we wished we had that was there last year was the outdoor shower to rinse everyone off!!

This property was better than expected. Great location and lots of amenities. We appreciated all of the little extras they had available. There was an issue with the water heater but otherwise it was perfect. Will stay again!

Had a great time with a short drive to the boat ramp. AC went out the morning of the 1st day. It was fixed within a couple of hours after contacting owner. Very clean, very fun place to stay.

From arrival to check out everything was great! The house is perfect and just a short walk down to the beach which was great for setting our canopy up and enjoying the day together. They have everything you need and plenty of activities to keep you busy. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a blast! We stayed for a week. The kids loved the game room grass and outside shower for rinsing off after the lake!! We loved being so close to the lake. The owners were amazing even showed up within hours of us messaging them saying we needed more propane! The kitchen was FULLY stocked!!

Beautiful home with absolutely everything you might need. Very comfortable, and large enough for our family of 10. Never a chance to be bored as their are an abundance of amenities. Quiet area, with shopping just a 20-30 minute drive.

Plenty of room to spread out for quiet time & plenty of family togetherness room. We spent a large majority of time in the game room area. We loved the property & plan on staying again. The only improvements we could recommend is a half bath/ tolit in game room area & upgrade mattresses on the bunks especially on the lower beds.

The house was a 10/10 for the money. All brand new appliances. Game room is excellent. Had a few issues with the grill, but we fixed it and bought another propane tank for it. Great property

We really enjoyed the stay the place was clean and a great place to stay while fishing or vacationing on Lake Texoma. I would highly recommend this place. We had 9 adults and it was comfortable. You can park 3 bass boats under cover and one along the side of the garage. If we come back next year I will try to reserve this again.

We traveled to Lake Texoma to celebrate my son's birthday in January. It was perfect with plenty to do in the awesome game room since the weather was beautiful but cool. We also enjoyed grilling and enjoying drinks/smores by the fire pit. The house is a very short walk to the beautiful beach (you have a water view from the front porch), well stocked with everything you might need, wonderfully updated and great outdoor space! Check in was easy and the owners were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be booking this house again in the summer. Perfect for a long weekend!

Very nice. Clean and well appointed. The game room was excellent and we spent quite a few hours in friendly competition. The upper deck allowed view of the lake. We utilized the gas grill, the charcoal grill and both the wood and gas fire pits. The house was comfortable and we watched some TV on the gigantic screen. Would definitely come again and would recommend to family and friends.

Perfect place for a guys fishing trip. Very clean, nice game room, and only 10 minutes away from dock.

Because the Riley Daniels fishing guide put us on fish so quick we spent a lot of time at the property. very clean, lots of room to sleep, the game room helped make it a pleasant stay.

Spent a weekend with friends at this lake home. There were a ton of different games in the detached garage. The mini split system kept the place nice and cool. The home was very spacious and could easily fit a group of 12 people. The upstairs deck is a perfect amenity to relax and enjoy the views. We will be returning back next year!

We had a wonderful time at All Decked Out. Everything was very clean and organized; owner had thought of just about everything. Nice lake view from the deck and we enjoyed the game room evenings after returning from the lake. Neighborhood is nice and has a nice sand beach a block or so from the property. Very relaxing stay!

This is our second cabin that we had stayed at. The first one was a very bad experience so we decided to give it another try. As soon as we walked in it was very beautiful. A lot of space and a lot of beds to choose from. The greatest thing of all was that the lake was walking distance and we enjoyed it. They had everything you needed kitchenware, shampoo, cond, towels, even a shower outside to rinse yourself that way you wont bring sand with you in the house. There was only two things we didn't like but I still give this place 5 stars. The two things was that the garage with the pool table was very hot even with the ceiling fans maybe an ac unit will be great to have there. But my kids loved it. and the other thing was that there were alot of leftover liquor bottles and open containers of food left in the fridge when we checked in. But like I said it didn't bug is too much we had a blast!!! Thank you for letting us stay!
