It was fairly central for our needs and was of a good modern standard. Comfortable to use and enjoyed spending time there. Would definitely return.
Some aspects are starting to get tired e.g. there was a large open crack on the bathroom ceiling and the outside cupboard coverings in the kitchen were starting to peel away. Also, the shower was lacking pressure.

Communication with the owner was superb. Easy to find, free parking space included. This ground floor flat is really well appointed and comfortable. The two bedrooms were good sizes and the living area was fab. It's great to be able to have more space to relax than be stuck in a hotel room. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed.
Great location, easy access to town. Next to Hairmyers Train Station, but the glazing is such that we didn't get bothered by the trains at all.
We'd definitely stay again.

Loved the accomodation. Very clean and just a 1min walk from the train station which goes directly to Central Station. There is also a small store where you can buy some everyday essentials. Also a few min walk from restaurants.

the house was super large and beautifully decorated. very convenient and very nice location. car parking was good, the facilities were superb.
the en suite bathroom was very dirty with urine spots on the commode. but that’s ok, we didn’t need to use it. the house was just very good

Absolutely fantastic stay, a lot bigger than the photos perceive.

Location for commute, ease of entry, cleaned weekly, size for a family, owner was very responsive with excellent communication.
Noise (neighbour overnight - not antisocial but floor noise was enough to wake us), no iPlayer / poor internet speed

The property was clean and spacious too. It was also very tidy. I like the fact that it was very accessible. The train station id just less than 100 yards away - I think and there were regular buses too. Rather than driving to Glasgow city centre on some days, we took the train. Return tickets were just over £4 per person and half of that for children.
Lidl was also a walking distance too so that was good.
Property will really benefit from modern appliances , crockery, cooking pans, a toilet brush and floor towels.
The property owner needs to ensure the kitchen window can be opened to let some air in.

Comfy pillows and beds.
The flat location was between ambulance station and train lines, so quite noisy. People above us walking all night, we managed to sleep now and then, but definitely I don't recommend to people with light sleep.
No shampoo or shower gel in bathrooms and also, no toilet brush.
The floor was quite sticky and no mop available to wipe it, just hoover and dustpan/brush.

Fantastic modern apartment. Very clean and the showers are brilliant. Comfortable sofas and a good sized TV. The kitchen has all the utensils required for home cooking. The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are quiet at night. What more could you ask for!
WIFI is slow but that's not the owners fault, I think it's like that in a lot of areas around Glasgow and is currently being improved.
