(3 men too busy counting receipts behind counter) Nobody on counter to pick up call from room or even when we went down to talk to them. Nobody on counter when we checked out. The bed and pillows were great

Dingy and old. Smoke detector missing in room. Plug in outlet was black and melted in the hall. Just not a great place.

Was newly renovated by the looks of it. The room was nice.

The breakfast was awful. Only a few things of stale cereal and a loaf of bread. The juice machine looked like it had never been cleaned before. No coffee. The coffee maker in our room also looked like it had never been cleaned. The heat didn’t work either in the room so it was freezing cold all night.

Bed was comfortable

There were no staff to be seen, breakfast consisted of rotten oranges, dry cereal that was a mess and messy and cold breakfast area! Room could have been cleaner, no toilet paper holder!

Room was great. Had my own little balcony thing also. Bed was comfortable.

The hallway carpets looks like they have had water damage and look gross. Definitely need a cleaning. They said there was breakfast included but there was no mention of it at check in. Wasn’t a huge deal though.

The main Lobby was very fresh and clean,,appealing. the Hallway to our room had me quite concerned, the carpet was very stained and lifting. Looked like water leakage alon the walls in some places. when we got in to our room it was a better condition and seemed clean.

More variety on the included breakfast it seemed as it was only cereal and toast plus coffee and tea and drinks.

The room was spacious and beds were comfortable.

It was a long walk to our room from the main entrance. There were other entrances/exits that were not accessible for whatever reason. The breakfast the next morning was pretty pitiful - no juice of any kind, no muffins, tables were not clean, and no oversight was given by any staff.
