Was alright. Room clean. No eleavator, but luggage carts available.???? Taking our luggage upstairs was difficult. AND speaking of stairs, they were filthy Continental breakfast was not bad, had better. Would I stay again probably not.

It was very noisy all night long. Seemed like everyone moving around made a lot of noise.
The Wifi was nonexistent, worked for a couple minutes and then quit.
The cleaning staff started knocking on doors and calling out before 8.

Lakeview inn and suites is a great place to stay Its clean comfortable quiet and convenient They offer free light breakfast and are pet friendly Really good place to stay

This place is awesome! Except head office decided to take away the soup dinner. Which is a big bummer especially when one is hungry and use to it being there. Also the stair wells are dirty. Seems like no one runs a vacuum through there. Other then that top tier stay! Extra washing machines would benefit too!

The staff was fantastic, from the front desk employees to room services. Rooms were clean and comfortable We appreciated the location of the hotel which has easy access to the airport and other convenient facilities. We loved that Sierra Fitness is across the street with a reasonable drop in fee

The hot breakfast was great, the bed was comfy but could not figure out how to get the TV working with all the remotes LOL

When we got to our room, I had put my wallet away as we were going out to dinner ( hunny had his wallet)
I always test the tv first ( have had some unreliable) as I have chronic pain and don’t sleep. It didn’t work, even with help from the desk. We switched rooms then went to dinner.
When I went to leave in the morning I didn’t have my wallet. I then remembered I had an Apple air tag in my wallet. I turned it on a was led directly to my “missing” wallet.

Room keys didn’t work so we had to go back and get them redone. Bed sheets were dirty. Hallway rugs filthy. Arrived late and too tired to do anything about it except sleep on top of towels. Breakfast included was poor (seriously baked beans, no eggs, fresh fruit - a first for us) so we just left. Not sure where they get the 8.6 star average reviews proudly displayed on their front desk as nothing about the place warranted that. Our expectations were low considering we booked on short notice due to an accident delaying us three hours. Very disappointing!

We only wanted a decent bed for the night but our experience was much better than that. We stayed again on our way back and our second stay was just as pleasant.
