Hotel cu concept adults only Camera excelenta si mare Piscina semi-privata Atmosfera din hotel

Один из самых лучших отелей, в котором мы когда-либо останавливались. Заехали на один день, а в итоге прожили 7 дней и не хотелось уезжать! Отель новый, очень комфортные номера с красивым дизайном, самый полный набор банных принадлежностей, который мы только встречали, идеальный душ. Бассейн чистейший. Персонал очень приветливый и дружелюбный. Нам даже предложили заехать раньше обычного времени и это было очень удобно для нас. Самые лучшие завтраки (особенно понравился свежевыжатый апельсиновый сок), которые нам встречались во время путешествия по Турции (а мы поменяли 14 отелей за путешествие). Wi-Fi отличный. Парковка возле отеля на улице, всегда есть место.

The facilities were okay but not the best.

When we reached late night, we were not welcomed at all and the reception staff was extremely rude and hostile towards us. We requested him to recommend a place to find food since it was late night and hotel room service was closed already. The reception guy saif he can’t help us. We need to find on our own. He was not helpful or welcoming. Through put our stay we didn’t get any support from reception even when we requested for adapter’s or places to visit. We had a really horrible time just because the hotel didn’t know how yo welcome the guest and make their stay comfortable. Food was very basic in the hotel but extremely expensive m. We will definitely not go back to this place.

The whole experience from start to finish at this hotel totally exceeded our expectations. The staff were amazing from the night receptionist, the breakfast team, the chefs, the cleaners and a special mention to Yildas who really went out of her way and couldn't do enough to make sure our trip was a special one! The room was fantastic and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Mini bar restocked each day, fresh towels, re stocking of amenities and little extras like face scrubs and soap ect. The breakfast was delicious and had plenty of choice, all fresh and local and plenty of fresh juices and coffee! The freshly made omelettes are delicious! The whole vibe each morning was just beautiful so serene and calming, and what a spot to eat your breakfast. The pool and it's surroundings are so beautiful and felt so luxurious! The cocktails and also the Turkish coffee made by Yildas was delicious! After a wonderful week here as we were about to leave, the receptionist gave us a parting gift of a packed lunch bag to take the airport!

If I had to say something to improve I would say that it's a shame the private pools don't get much sun, but there isn't much the hotel can do to control this. The toilet and shower isn't very private, fine for us but maybe not for some.
