The home was close to many things in Chico. Very clean and lots of room. Owner was ver kind when we needed to extend our stay.

Great place to chill and relax or use as a launch pad to check out nearby destinations outside of town as well as in town. Quick access to Chico State University being one block north of campus which also makes it conveniently close to the downtown hub of shops and wonderful foodie locations.

Amazing home. Close to chico state and overall large stores. Host was amazing responded quickly to my text. Very spacious home. Great for large family visiting. Definitely will be staying here again.

This is a great place to stay if you are doing anything near the Chico state campus. The location was very convenient.

The house was located new Chico State, only a couple blocks away, which was what we were looking for. One of the cleanest homes we have stayed in. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back.

We stayed in the home for 2 nights. It's a lovely house and the bedrooms and space was large enough for the 5 adults in our group. Chris was very attentive to any questions or concerns. Would have loved to enjoy the outdoor space with the fish but it was a bit too cold. Would definitely stay there again.

Great house and close to downtown Chico. Worth noting that it is in a college neighborhood so loud parties are expected on weekends. The Chico kids don’t go too hard like their Cal Poly counterparts but they are certainly ‘bout that life.

We enjoyed our stay in Chris's property in Chico. We liked the house! It was very roomy and clean. The bedrooms are bigger than they appear in the pictures and the mattresses are very comfortable. Lots of closet space! I liked having access to the house by way of front door and back door. I liked being able to park in the driveway instead of on the street. We will stay here again!

Nice to have enough pots /pans/utensils Spices etc. Lots of vrbos don’t have enough. Comfortable place

Relaxing

We rented this property for Family weekend at Chico State. The location was terrific. We were able to walk everywhere and our son could walk to us from his dorm. There was enough space for us to relax and cook homemade meals. My only suggestion is it could have been cleaner. The communication with the owner was prompt and check in was easy.

We were flying in from Florida and arrived at the house at midnivht due to our flights getting delayed. The house was very hard to find due to all the plants and trees in front of the house. Parking is limited there is a small drive way on the side of the house and we were able to fit all three cars on the drive way. When we walked into the house we originally thought it was a three bedroom one bath house bc we couldnt find the fourth bedroom or second bath. The fourth bedroom which is the biggest bedroom is on the backside of the house next to the garage door. There was a total of 6 adults and four children staying in the house and we were all able to fit in the rooms comfortably. The place was clean and had plenty of pillows, blankets and towels for all of us. The only major complaint we have is that the AC hits the backside of the house more than it does the front of the house. So while the back bedroom was freezing at 70 degrees and front three bedrooms felt like 78-80 degrees. We stayed here a week and although it wasn't perfect it was what we needed to accomodate such a big group for a decent price. All kther places we looked into were wayyyy out of our price range even with dividing the price between the families. If the AC problem gets fixed I think this place would be a hit.

Stayed the weekend at this house with my family while attending a wedding in Chico. Older home but absolutely adorable. Very relaxing and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. He has everything you need at this home. Would definitely stay again.

Nice comfortable home

Very comfortable place. In spite of fronting a very busy 1st Ave the house is remarkably quiet. The house is as described but as a bonus there is a nice outdoor area with a firepit and a water feature. Within a short walk to the University. Would return to this home if ever in thr area.
