There is only one portable fan so I will bring one next time I come back.Bar and pool is nice.My only complaint is that we were standing by the fence away from everyone while my husband smoked a cigar. A security guard comes over and said that smoking was only allowed by the parking garage but there is no receptacle to dispose cigarettes or cigars. People were tossing it on the ground. Luckily my husband carry’s a case for that.

The PH unit was clean and the view was amazing. My only feedback would be the bath tubs need some good cleaning, the bath in the Master actually had black mould around the jets. We had to clean before we could use😂.

Room was nice. Top floor pro was being quieter but the elevators are busy and slow so it takes awhile to get up and down. The unit was pretty clean for a beach rental, the resort not so much. As the other reviews say bedding/pillows are terrible so the owner should definitely consider upgrading. Outside pools were nice but always very busy. Inside pools looked dark and dirty so we didn’t use those. This is a big complex so good for families but definitely not a place for couples or to relax. No restaurants in walking distance but lots options within a close drive. Barefoot landing was a nice spot.

Property clean and close to restaurants and other outings. Beds slightly hard. Due to being new i think. Over all real pleased with the unit and would recommend to others.

Amazing view. Clean unit. Easy check in/out. The only complaint we had was the sheets / pillows on the beds which could just be preference (they were a little rough and flat pillows). We loved the resort - perfect for families.

The two staying in that room ended up sick because of the smell. Hopefully they get this issue taken care of before they rent it again. Otherwise it was very well maintained.

Loved the unit. It was well appointed and clean. The only negative was the lack of luggage carts at the resort. Be prepared to make multiple trips unloading and loading your luggage.

The cafe was nice, staff friendly. My disappointment came when we had to leave a day early because we all contracted Covid but no refund. Condo was as advertised. Had Kureig as well as coffee maker. A lot of dishes, utensils and cookware which made it nice. Although, Typical ocean front room aroma.

Our stay was great. The condo was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was awesome. We would stay there again.

Just what my family and I were looking for. Our room was clean, quiet, and had everything we expected. The pool areas were nice, and just steps from the beach.

This Pent House condo was great for our family. Very clean and enough room for us. Will try and stay again if available!

This unit will NOT fit 8 people unless you are all sleeping. The living/dining and kitchen area are so small that only one person can be in the kitchen and there is only seating in the living room and dining room for 4 people. The living is so small that we were on top of each other the enitre time. The pillows are nothing but flat pancakes and they are all stained. The mattresses are very hard and the box springs are stained so bad that you can see the stains on the sides of them. The unit is outdated. The refrigerator took for ever to get cold, the air conditioner did not keep up and we were so hot and uncomfortable sleeping. Do yourself a favor and don't choose this rental. The resort elevator smelled like gas the entire time and we did complain to an employee but apparently nothing was found or they just didn't bother because it reeked the entire time of our stay.

The unit was suitable for a family of 5 and well maintained. The living area and kitchen were small but the bedrooms were a very nice size, the kitchen appliances were nice and worked well. The living area furniture was quite comfortable. The unit seemed satisfactorily cleaned. The kitchen could have been better stocked in terms of utensils and dishes. The unit is high up enough that the noise from the pool area was not an issue. The main issue with the unit was wifi. It's a shared 2G network for the entire resort which was not sufficient and unreliable. To make matters worse, the television leverages a streaming service instead of cable and a 2G network does not have sufficient bandwidth. Other responses to reviews said this is an HOA problem however when searching for wifi it shows that many other units in the complex have a private 5G router that's password encrypted and the owners should really look into this if they are going to have a streaming service for cable. The rest of the critical feedback is on the resort. To say it was crowded was an understatement. The garage is a complete disaster and an accident waiting to happen. It's also detached from the building which means lugging any of your luggage to and from your car or carrying your groceries requires you to go down several floors to get out of the garage then up 19 floors to get to the unit. Forget luggage carts. When we arrived, one of the elevators was broken, and was not fixed until Wednesday. Two working elevators meant it could take you as long as 30 minutes just to get up or down....19 flights is a very long way to walk! The pool area was chaotic with nobody enforcing any rules. It was nice to use during "off times" like morning or at 5 pm but other than that we avoided it. Kids would literally eat in the lazy river, parents drink in the pool, kids jump across concrete to get from pool to pool with no supervision. There were rules posted with absolutely no enforcement. Ignore the signs about reserving lounge chairs because this is not enforced and you won't get a chair. Nobody checks the bracelets to make sure you are staying at the property, and there is no key required to get to the pool area, so anyone can wander up from the beach. The rinse-off is in a pile of sand such that people drag sand into the pool area. The experience was not at all befitting of a "resort". We won't stay here again. There are other high rises on the beach with pools that are far less chaotic.

Overall was a good stay. Great location. It definitely could have used a deeper cleaning. The bedding had stains on it and the floor was not swept. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel has almost everything needed on site so you really do not need to leave. They provide entertainment, restaurant, fun activities for children and adults. The condo was clean. The unit had nice working appliances, provided extra dishes etc., The management/employees at the Realty service were very nice and knowledgeable.


Bad: Very crowded, The hotel had no luggage carts easily available, The hotel allowed people in the condo at anytime such as: someone spraying for bugs, knocked and came in while we were in the middle of breakfast, another day the filter man, so can not depend on privacy. Overall yes I would stay here again just take precautions of bringing a wagon or something to help carry my own luggage and know anyone could knock and decide to come in the condo at anytime. Checking in to receive Condo keys, pool passes was a little backed up of how it is laid out, When I arrived, There were about 40-50 people waiting to get their keys. You had to wait in a very long line so just be prepared.

We love Bay Watch, but we probably won't rent this particular unit again unless the owners replace the master bedroom mattresses. The current beds are just too hard! Otherwise, the unit was nice and had everything we needed.

It was a perfect location and lots of amenities

This was our first time staying in Crescent Beach and we loved the beach, so beautiful. We were in the PH and the views were awesome. This is the perfect location for a peaceful quite family vacation!! We will definitely make reservations here again, maybe start a family tradition for Mother’s Day.

Condo itself was perfect though we would have benefited from a second trash bag and essentials that most VRBOs usually have. The pool area was nice too, the indoor pool area was a little gross (I know this is out of control of the lister, but worth mentioning). Beach access was perfect.

Room was beautiful...perfect! Hotel was doing maintenance on a lot of things during our stay. Lots of noise in the mornings (sanding right outside the window) , paint fumes and dust was really bad. Otherwise it was great and I would definitely stay there again.
