Well kept a property and the staff was amazing

When I booked this location,I wanted the best Erie had to offer for one night. The reviews on the restaurant being the best is what drew me to this location. The only thing this restaurant had a was great view!! As far as the food was concerned it was not as good as the reviews I have had better in worse hotels don’t waste your money I spent 200 between sandwiches and beer

Check in experience was terrible. Waited more than 10 minutes with no one attending front desk. Finally lady with terrible attitude walked past me, tended some plants in the lobby and finally acknowledged someone was waiting. Very frosty attitude, maybe she was having a bad day. She certainly made mine bad. Then charged for parking!! How many hotels outside of resorts or large metropolitan locations are charging for parking? Absorb into price of room! Restaurant on top floor was overpriced in respect to service and quality

Breakfast was great. Offered several options. The location was very cozy. It was easy to move around and also find a seat. The food was appropriately hot and fresh.

Had to Pay for parking across the street in an open field…. Beds HARD, pillows garbage! Pay $300 a night then have to pay to park. Water did not get hot and zero water pressure.

Breakfast was usual Hampton fare. Coffee was very good. The room was clean and comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a beautiful job each day.

It was nice to have a restaurant upstairs but the food was unremarkable for the cost and the service very slow.

Love the location and have stayed multiple times! It is a little pricey for weekend nights but is always comfortable.

The weekend price was about $100 more per night.

Paying for parking seems unnecessary when a room is almost $300 a night

Coffee was available 24/7.

The carpet throughout smells like butt crack! Housekeeper with lysol spray in each hand would walk the halls spraying this poison to mask the smell which only made it worse. The room carpet turned my socks black with soot! You would never guess that this was a three year old hotel.

The location, cleanliness and amenities were wonderful! The price was good for the value of the stay, The front desk staff was knowledgeable and helpful. The hotel had restaurants, fitness center and entertainment available so you didn't have to go offsite if you didn't want to.

There was very poorly installed faucet plumbing in the bathtub (which sprayed everywhere) and there was no fan in the bathroom for steam. The in room coffee pots were very small and under stocked; but downstairs coffee was available. The keyed gates were inconvenient in the parking lot.
