Loved the location

We booked a bay view room and they gave us a city view room, and claimed the room we wanted "wasn't available", but offered us no upgrade or discount. There were problems with the hotel that they did not disclose in advance, like their restaurant being closed for renovations, and that the parking structure was not attached to the hotel and we had to walk outside in the snow to get back into the hotel. Then they charged us $15 a day for "free" parking and refused to give us a refund.

Bay view. Cleanest room I have ever been in. 55 INCH tv. Outstanding. Beautiful bathroom. Cant say enough about this property. BK

It was a work in progress yet nothing interrupted your stay. The renovation workers were all great.

I did not like that the hotel was a dusty mess 😭 n the lobby. I get that renovations are being done. But I feel as though we should have been compensated for not getting the full experience. The price did not change for the room. Also we told the fridge not desk we would be leaving at 1pm. Still staff banged on the door and then opened it. Even though I said that we are still in here. I was half naked in the bathroom Also only one elevator was working

Right on the bay. Easy walking distance to a lot of bars and small restaurants.

Breakfast was filling and tasty. Multiple bars in the hotel. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great location, a free shuttle service to the airport.

The hotel never received our booking information from booking.com though the reservation showed as confirmed on my end. We spent more than an hour in the lobby sorting out that situation and ended up booking with the hotel directly and then getting a booking cancellation from booking.com customer service.

The bayside view was beautiful. The hotel was very clean felt luxurious.

The room price was kind of higher than I was expecting with the size of the room being smaller than I had imagined. Also the club lounge was a great perk just wish there were more snacks and drinks to choose from.

Outstanding staff, friendly courteous and knowledgeable. Beautiful hotel and surroundings. Perfect location.
