My adult sisters and parents and I enjoyed this property. It was wonderful to have a hot tub, and this hot tub was lovely. The kitchen was adequately supplied with the things we needed. The furniture and beds were nice and comfortable. We appreciated that there was bedding in the closet for the futon. A few things you might want to know ahead - there were only 6 shower towels. Luckily we had 6 adults, so that worked. There were not adequate towels to dryer water/snow off the entry floor after bringing in our luggage or using the hot tub. There were only 4 pool towels which was also disappointing. The floors and walls make a lot of sounds, usually only when people are walking around. We really appreciated that there were fans in the bedrooms that could be turned on for white noise to help with all the sounds. There was no snow shovel, and we came in the snow storm during the end of February so a shovel would've been very helpful for a path to the hot tub and our vehicles. Luckily we were there when the snow was still fresh so we were able to use the broom to clear some of the snow. However that was tedious and only minimally effective so we did end up dealing with ice for the next few days. Overall the issues felt fairly minor and we were very grateful to have this house, this location, and this hot tub.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. We felt comfortable and had all the items needed for a couple of young boys to be entertained for 3 days. : )

Clean and roomy. The house is convenient to shops and restaurants. There were five adults in our group with two vehicles . The house easily accommodated us.

Clean, comfortable property with hot tub and plenty of sleeping space! Has A/C, easy parking, and extra bedding and closets that kids could sleep in, as well as a 'bonus' room that is easily used as a 4th bedroom for 1 person. They also kindly dropped off a pack and play crib for our 2 year old to use. Great place as advertised! Location is fine if you don't need to be in the center of anything, but might be out of the way for those that want to be walking distance to Portland. That said, there's plenty of shops and restaurants around, but it's not a scenic or popular location or anything.

My in laws, husband, sister and I came to Portland for my daughter's college graduation. This was such a comfortable place to stay. Having two king beds was a major bonus and it was a lot less expensive than getting hotel rooms for everyone.

Location was everything! Kitchen was well stocked and the freezer had ice! Nice yard though we didn't use it at all. The house is listed as four bedroom but one of the "rooms" is NOT a bedroom. The pictures are showing how the house looks. The living room has brown leather couches the master bedroom king bed is really two twins pushed together. The upstairs hall bathroom needs a new shower curtain and the kitchen blinds are broken. Not enough towels and they also should be replaced. Small things to make the stay for your next guests a bit higher end. For what we needed this house was "fine". Just giving ideas because my sister stayed in another vacation home and there place had much nicer amenities.

Stayed in this home for our nieces wedding that was less than .5 miles at Grey Gable Estate. Pros: Location, kitchen well stocked, ice in freezer! Neighborhood had everything you would want. Cons" This is a four bedroom but one of the rooms is NOT a bedroom. Towels are old and not enough of them for a two night stay. For the short amount of time we stayed this home was fine. The location to our nieces wedding was fantastic.

This was a nice well located property for a family wedding. Clean and well kept. Easy to find. Nice living room furniture has been added.

The experience and space was excellent. The only problem was that there was ants in the dining room and kitchen. Also some of the dishes weren't clean.

It was nice to find a house in our general neighborhood so that we could wait for construction to finish on ours. Very convenient!

Although the property was a convenient location and for the most part good we felt the main living area was not good furniture wise. Very dated, old and uncomfortable. Missing an iron but had an ironing board, stained carpeting and linens need replaced.

This was the perfect “home away from home” for the week of a Christmas. Clean, spacious, cozy, full kitchen, quiet neighborhood...everything we needed for our stay. Thank you!

Conveniently located house near many shopping and eating options. Short drive to downtown Portland. Nice to return to after a busy day out and about.

The home is set in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Not far from the town with lots of eating places and a nice grocery store, which has a department store inside. Also in shopping center is a liquor store and Voodoo Donuts, which are very good. The house is very clean and backyard is small but very nice and private. The kitchen is nice with everything you need. It has recently installed a/c unit. Which was nice since we were there in the hottest month. Only downfall to the unit was it didn’t cool as well during the hottest part of the day and would be hot in the evening when we got home. It took several hours to cool down. But the days when the temp outside dropped it wasn’t as bad. They really need to invest in some better living room furniture. It is very uncomfortable for sitting and watching TV. We blew up the air mattress and out in middle of living room to be more comfortable while watching TV. All beds were comfortable to most staying, but in main bedroom with bathroom the bed was a sleep number bed and took us a bit to learn how it worked with two remotes. I finally figured it out but my husband never did like it’s comfort. Overall we were very pleased staying here!!

A very nice house. Very clean. It was easy to get to and a very nice quiet neighborhood. There were just a few lesser desired things that were not comfortable. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. That is the only place a TV was in the house, which made for uncomfortable watching. We blew up the aero bed to have a comfortable place to sit or lay. It was a nice bed. The sleep number bed in the main bedroom took us awhile to learn the controls. It wasn’t as comfortable as the other beds. The air conditioner was nice. The only down fall for us was the day we got there it was so very hot we were miserable. I feel that the air was turned on late for our arrival. Also when we went out for the day we’d come home and it would be hot for a few hours. We never understood what that was about. But overall we enjoyed our stay and want to thank you for lending it to us for the week!!

We had very good stay. Great time.

Awesome spot! Has everything you need. Very responsive and kind property manager. Perfect layout for me, my wife, and our kids (5, 6, and 10 months). Very comfortable beds, tons of towels and storage. SUPER close to coffee, a cool park, a Fred Meyer (with everything), donuts, and so much more. Would come back here for our next visit. Only demerit: No AC, which made our trip during the 2021 heat wave extra fun), but the PM brought over about 10 fans and we survived. Other than that, place was perfect.

No air conditioning. It was 115 degrees and absolutely miserable. I didn’t book it, someone did it for me. I ended up in a hotel and this was this most expensive vacation ever!

This property was exactly how it appeared on the listing. It is located in a good area and close to the less busy location of VooDoo Donuts. There are plenty of shopping and restaurant locations in the area. It is a good base location to explore Portland and the surrounding areas.

I didn't receive my code for entry. I asked for iy=t via email and text, no reply. I arrived at the home and couldn't get in. I was able to get the code from VRBO.

Would like to see some newer furniture and less firm beds the next time.

Kitchen was very excellent. Bedrooms were comfortable. Thermostat (Nest) was easy to use. Nice and roomy and CLEAN! We really only spent later evenings at house, but if we had been at VRBO more, it would have been nice to have a bigger television in living room as well as more comfortable furniture. For our needs, though, it was great. Very roomy for families!

This property was perfect for my family. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The property manager was pleasant to communicate with before and during our stay. Thank you!
