I want to start off by saying that I’m extremely picky with my expectations but overall the condo was “nice”. The biggest issue we ran into were that there was NO BROOM! There was a vacuum in the condo but if you’ve ever tried to vacuum up a lot of sand with a vacuum, you know how difficult it can be. The other big thing was just how NOT WELL the condo was stocked with normal kitchen essentials. You would think there would be at the bare minimum salt and pepper but no, only a few packets previous tenants had left behind. The microwave only worked if you held the door with your hand, which in all fairness, we didn’t alert the owner of because it wasn’t that big a deal and didn’t want some random repairman in the condo without us there, so we decided to not bring it to their attention. Another irritating thing was the “economy” toilet flush. Never seen one of these in my life but the attempt at saving water ended up having the complete opposite effect because you’d have to flush the toilet 2-4 times to get it to all go down. Then the kitchen overhead light had been replaced with a smaller light, which left a hole in the ceiling. One of the sprinklers on the living room wall had the same thing, open hole around it. I just think for this level of quality being described, things like the above wouldn’t be an issue. Another MAJOR problem we ran into, which in fairness was not the owners fault, is that there seemed to be a whopping THREE carts for the entire building. With over 60 rooms, and everyone typically checking in and checking out at the same times on the same days, you’d expect there to be at least 1 for every 3 floors or so. We spent over an hour waiting on a cart on the day of check out which meant the cleaners showed up before we ever got our bags out of the room. Overall it was an ok condo but we’ve always stayed next door at the Ocean Villa and never have anything to co

We rented this 3 bdrm condo for 4 days. Good location on the main strip. Walmart is literally right down the road, as well as a coffee shop across the street.Parking was tight right next to the condo ( your parking spot is right in front of the building)and there is also extra parking across the street.The unit was clean, but bring essentials like paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.The view is awesome off the huge balcony, and there is plenty of room to move around in the unit.Be aware that at the time of this writing, they are adding another elevator, which is needed. More than once, we had to wait long periods of time for the elevator.It was clean, centrally located, and quiet.

Only negative scenario happened with us was someone else condo above us making a loud noise of balcony fence or AC unit due to windy atmosphere throughout our stay. We came from Illinois for a girls trip and this property and beach were exactly as we expected if not better!!! The property was perfect for 6 of us, especially with the 3 full bathrooms!!! The white sand on the beach was amazing!! The only bad thing about it was a constant hammering we kept hearing, it wasn't too awfully loud tho, and we were told they were doing construction to replace the elevators. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!!!

The parking is not well described. The city parking price was not the rate we was told, and their should have been room for a second vehicle to park for each room in the assigned area across the road. Would have been better if someone was their to greet us and answer our questions instead of texting. Paying extra for cleaning when we had to to do our own laundry instead of being brought fresh towels was taking time away from doing other things. The condo was beautiful and in a great place.

The parking is terrible. Believe what you read in the reviews. After we figure out where to park we unload and go up to the condo. It was DIRTY. Not the picky I need everything spotless type either. I mean poop stains in the toilets, sand and crumbs all over the floor, food in the frig and freezer, and trash under the beds dirty. Once we got over that and cleaned it ourselves we could enjoy the condo. The balcony and pictures are accurate and perfect. We rented this condo for the balcony and view and spent the majority of our non beach time there. Then the painting started. Which shut down the pool ALL day until after 5pm for multiple days. What building does that kind of maintenance during peek season?? They were shutting down balconies too but thankfully we checked out before they reached ours. Seriously if it wasn't for the parking, uncleanliness, and maintenance we would stay again, but I don't think I will ever give it a second chance!

Condo was good…well stocked kitchen. The balcony is awesome! Inside could use some TLC but nothing that will hurt your vacation stay. Location is convenient to shopping and dining. Parking is difficult even with 1 assigned spot, especially if you drive a large vehicle! If you have more than 1 car… good luck finding a spot in the overflow!

We loved the size of the condo and the balcony is a huge plus. Close enough that we sat on the balcony and could feel the wind and hear the waves that we didn't always go to the beach.
Parking is not fun. Garage and spaces are super tight. Hard to find a spot even with a space disignated to the unit.
The second part of the week a loud noise (which kept getting worse) drove us crazy. At first we thought it was floors being sanded above us but then it kept getting louder where it sounded like a plane taking off. I am glad I didn't have small children that had to nap because it could have kept them awake.

The pictures on the rental site are deceiving because this property is run down. The floors in the unit we stayed in were so dirty we had to wear shoes are the bottoms of our feet became black with dirt. We bought a mop and mopped the floors ourselves. The beds were in poor condition and uncomfortable. It appeared that the bed linens were not clean. On the third day we received an email from Blue Swell wanting to know how our stay and accommodations were so we expressed our problems but never heard back from them. We will not stay here again.

I would like to start by saying, the beach was perfect. The chair rental man was nice. The location was good. PARKING IS A NIGHTMARE! They advertise online two parking spots, with additional parking located nearby. This was not the case Memorial Day Weekend. My mother in law had her car towed. Our “assigned” parking spot ALWAYS had another vehicle there due to lack of parking. That Friday, during check-in, the elevators stopped working. We were lucky to be on the 10th floor. Many people had to carried luggage and grocery up 19-23 flights! It was a mess. Many people left their room number and phone number in the dash of their car to prevent from being towed. The company had numbers listed, but no one would answer the phone. It was frustrating to park your car in a random spot, wait for and possible elevator to show up, and then knock on a random person’s room and ask them to move their vehicle. I understand that it was a high volume weekend and staffing is issue nationwide, but if you charge premium prices, you should delivery premium service.

Pleasant Experience…Cleaning Needs Improvement
Overall, our experience was pleasant and as expected. The check-in was smooth and the condo was as described/pictured online. Saturday was an extremely hectic day for check-in with so many families arriving at the same time , but everyone that we encountered was cordial and helpful.
Although, the kitchen needs updating, it was adequately supplied with necessary items for the meals we prepared.
The furniture had not been dusted and the floors did not appear to have been cleaned in some time as our little one’s feet were dirty from crawling around on the floor from just the first few minutes of arriving. I sent a few pictures to the management and they were willing to send someone out to clean, but we declined.
Also, the tub in the master bedroom was not draining properly. Once again, I reached out to the management. They promptly notified me they were sending someone over and messaged me when they were finished.
The parking for this condo is across the street. Therefore, every time we went to the beach we had to go across the street each time to get our beach tent/chairs rather than drag them into to elevator.
Sunrise Cafe across the street was excellent for breakfast, donuts, and the desserts looked tasty, too! The Daquari Shack (also across the street) was a treat and had other beverage options and snacks as well.

Girls trip
Parking space was only available 1 out of 5 days due to other people parking in it. Dishwasher was broke and never fixed. Elevator broke down 3 times during our 5 day trip. One of the permanent residents of the condo said it happens a lot since hurricane. Condo was great inside.

Wonderful condo with gorgeous view
We had 6 kids and 2 adults and had plenty of room for everyone. The view was gorgeous and less than a minute to the beach. Had some troubles with the elevators not working and we were on the 10th floor. Parking was definitely the biggest downside. Was supposed to be assigned parking but other guests kept stealing our spot and we had to pay to park in another lot.

The condo was everything we hoped it would be. The floors are a little worn but it was very clean and the location was very nice. Something needs to be done about the parking. A gated entrance or something to keep people out of your spot. Parking across the road was not the problem. People off the street would park in your spot. Pretty much every time we left our parking spot we would have to track down whoever was parked in it. Groups or families staying in the condos would park in your spot. The construction played a roll in the parking issues as well! The construction in the mornings made it impossible to sleep in and harder to relax during the day in your condo. I am not bashing the rental property. I believe when the construction is finished it will be much more relaxing. A gate with a code or pass would be great! If a gate was installed and construction finished I would highly recommend!
