I have stayed at multiple properties in the historic district but this one was the best one by far! The huge front porch to sit and have coffee or relax after a day of adventures is stunning. The entire place was very clean. Beds were comfortable and beautifully adorned. We felt very welcomed the entire time. Thank you!

What a magnificent place to stay while visiting dreamy Savannah. I booked this based on the beauty of the home and it did not disappoint. The pictures do not do it justice. This home is a short walk to Forsyth Park. A lovely coffee shop 2 doors down. I was enchanted with the porch swing and the ambiance. I cannot rave about this home enough. Please stay here is visiting Sweet Savannah!! Lovely trip and experience. I cannot wait to return.

My friend and I were delighted with this lovely, clean and beautifully decorated apartment in a historic home. We were very lucky to have beautiful weather and spent a lot of time relaxing on the front porch! The back patio was very nice, as well, and each of our bedrooms opened out onto it. The bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable, the full bathroom was spacious as well and we were provided plenty of extra towels. It was handy having the half bath down the hall, too. The living and dining room were super comfortable and nicely decorated, and the kitchen was well stocked. Forsythe Park is right down the street, and I walked there every morning - it is a gorgeous place! Most every place we wanted to visit was just a short drive away. We also had no trouble finding street parking on our block. Something to note - the very cool coffee shop on the corner is owned by a group called the Twelve Tribes - I recommend doing some research about them. I was told by the very nice employee that they were a faith-based collective. I was so interested, I looked them up, and learned some not very nice things about their beliefs and practices.

This is a beautifully decorated historic home. It is very comfortable and welcoming with everything we needed. Wonderful beds, nice linens and well equipped kitchen. The french doors, fireplaces and pocket doors are amazing! The front porch is a great place to relax after a day of walking around Savannah.

We did not need for anything in this beautiful property, it comes fully equipped! The beds were so comfortable! Everything was clean and organized. The locations was great, right next to a grocery store and walking distance to historic Savannah!

We loved the three porches this property offered.
We especially enjoyed our morning coffee on the front porch swing.

Visiting Savannah was a magical experience for all of us. I chose this rental as I felt it captured the southern charm of the city. This location was ideal for meandering through the beautiful neighborhoods, shopping, restaurants, etc.
Many evenings were spent on the front porch enjoying Savannah’s warm spring evenings sipping cocktails and engaging in lively conversation.
We spent many mornings at the quaint little
coffee shop on the corner enjoying coffee and fresh baked goods.
The Southern Belle staff were attentive and very professional. This home did not disappoint.

The property was well cared for, clean, spacious, and met our needs fully, although there was only one small pat of soap for one bathroom which we supplemented with a bar we'd brought. It was quiet and the parking space behind the house provided off street parking on the street cleaning day. Well located to Forsythe Park and the historic district.

We so enjoyed our stay in this location. We walked every where from this VRBO. On the same street was a wonderful little coffee shop, that we visited every day. The next block over was a Kroger grocery store for anything that you might need. It was a safe, clean neighborhood with beautiful homes to look at as you walked to your destinations downtown. We will definitely be back and we will stay here again!

We loved the house. It was perfect for our girls trip to Savannah. Parking in front of the house was easy. There was the most charming cafe only two doors away. Krogers was a block away and Forsyth Park also a few blocks walk. Good, convenient location for walking places and very charming. We'd stay there again!

I chose this property for several reasons: one level living/ few stairs, dedicated parking, and old world Savannah charm. I was not disappointed!
Bonuses I hadn't considered, but found myself pleasantly surprised -- you're within quick walking distance to so many things! The property itself is beautiful and comfortable. That front porch swing is fantastic!
I will say the property is a little further out from the featured restaurants and shopping (maybe 1.5 miles away?). If you're looking to be in the middle of the hustle, this isn't that. Not a complaint, just something to be aware of. I much preferred the slower pace.

Loved this property, had everything we needed. Close to Kroger so we could grab some wine and cheese. The property manager was very accommodating due to a change in our flight and allowed us to check in early. I highly recommend this property.

The property is exactly as depicted in the photos; very nicely decorated. The front porch was a great way to start the day with a cup of coffee from the coffee shop down the street. The beds were very comfortable. The location was close to a lot of places we wanted to see. They do not supply even a pod or two of laundry detergent, which surprised me, but no big deal given proximity to Kroger. They only provide ONE bath towel, hand towel, and wash cloth for each person for 4 nights. We asked for more and that the maintenance man let us know before arriving. Around 8:00 or so there was knocking on the door but by the time we got to the door he had let himself in. I thought the door had a deadbolt but apparently not. Two other times the door from entry hall to lower level apartment was open. So security seemed a bit off as far as that goes. Neighborhood felt very safe. Apart from locks, towel skimpiness I would recommend this place.

The rental process was very good. Plenty of towels for two people. The beds were good and comfortable. Negative would be hot water supply, was difficult in the shower to maintain the hot water, I had to keep adjusting it while taking my shower. The carpets in the bedrooms could be cleaned

This was one of the best properties we have stayed in. My daughter and I were on a girls trip to Savannah. This home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. The location is great as it is near a grocery store and lots of restaurants. The driving distance to the waterfront is less than 10 minutes. We hope to stay here again on our next trip.

So glad we stayed a few blocks further away from all of the night life. You were still close enough to walk to all of the touristy places. Property was nice, clean and quiet. Also has a great front porch.

And it was a little awkward with the only access to the back yard and grill going through bedrooms. Those were minor things compared to all the positives. Certainly having access to a swimming pool just a block or so from Tybee Island Beach was a giant PLUS!! Overall we'd love to stay here again when we are in Savannah next!

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. Location to the park, Kroger, and the coffee shop are awesome! Very relaxing to sit on the porches. Great trip with my husband and 2 children, ages 17 and 20.

Great place, great location! Loved the front porch, well stocked with key items, excellent cafe just at the end of the block, right near a Kroger in case you need anything, walkable to some locations but easy uber/cab ride to river front area. Would highly recommend.

Charming, comfortable and also very well-equipped. Loved the front porch with the seating area and swing. The king size beds were very comfortable. Location was great with straight walk down to Forsythe Park. Fabulous coffee tea bakery on the corner and a Kroger only a block away. The parking was sometimes a challenge but it worked out okay. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
