Good location! Friendly staff! The absolute best all around staff.

Small room with no view. Tried to upgrade but couldn’t via Booking.com.

the first room facing the street was VERY noisy.. they know this, so they should tell guests before they check in. we had to move to another room after a sleepless night

breakfast could have been better.. only one fruit..apples..

Location is perfect. Nice view from the roof top, pool. Pretty quiet room. Good bath towels. Very helpful valet parking guys.

Broken luggage stand. We have to ask a few times to bring a new one. Staff was not helpful on one shift (but very helpful on another). Broken light (fixed fast by helpful shift). Polyester bed sheet. Missed one time cleanning. Very boring breakfast with bad coffee ( no fruits and vegetables). No bath robe. Light from the door in the night. Very thin blanket, you have to ask about addtional, because they don't have spare blanket in a room.

Price for what you got no good breakfast not real friendly staff no amenities and no welcome guides or pens and paper really nothing didn’t know anything about hotel Or what it offered no good snacks that you could even buy no help really very disappointed for what we payed also our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday emailed them and nothing
