The property was absolutely beautiful!! I will definitely be back !!

Debbie was an amazing host! The house felt like a home, was beautifully decorated and included everything we needed for cooking and entertainment. From the free drinks in the drink fridge to the complimentary bottle of wine and the salt water taffies, we felt very welcomed! We had a few hiccups during our stay but Debbie and her staff quickly fixed the issues. The beds were comfortable and everything we could need was available in the house. The pool and back outside area was the best part. We went during spring break and paid for pool heating. It made all the difference because it would’ve been too cold to swim otherwise. The layout of the house made it easy for us to go in and out and supervise the kids swimming. The neighborhood was safe and a short walk to the beach entrance. You can see it from the driveway. Beach service was right at the entrance and reasonably priced. We rented two umbrellas for $20 each for the day. It saved us from hauling a bunch of beach stuff while herding toddlers. Overall a great spring break stay. We will definitely come back!

From the moment we walked into the house, we were thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness and beauty of Debbie's rental. She has thought of everything from stocking extra supplies to make your stay comfortable and convenient to top notch sheets, towels and kitchen supplies. We stayed with our children (13 and 18) and they each brought a friend or two. The location was perfect for all - steps from the beach, warm inviting pool, tv's (that worked on the first try!) in each room and a plethora of games for them to play. I would highly recommend this rental - it surpassed our expectations and I would gladly go back!

We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful house and pool which was seriously only 3 minutes from the beach. So nice when we are used to packing up for the day to head to the beach. We could come back enjoy relaxing lunch by the pool and back to the beach. The included beach chairs and umbrellas at the beach were a very nice perk. Would definitely love to stay here again as Debbie was a sweet lady to work with.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, clean, comfortable and is equipped with all the necessities. Pool and back yard are great and its a very short walk to the beach!

This was a last minute booking due to Hurricane Ida. Debbie was amazing! She was extremely accommodating, and was responsive to every need/want/request. The house was immaculate, and had everything you could possibly need or want on-site. We had ages 3-67 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay. We will be looking to stay here again for an actual planned vacation! If possible I would give 10 stars!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home! The house was clean and inviting with a gorgeous private pool! The location was great, just minutes from the beach but in a quiet area (avoided hotel traffic noise). The house is right next door to a parking garage, which we were a little hesitant about at first, but it was no issue at all. Communication with Debbie was speedy and she was so responsive! Overall we highly recommend this property!

We could not have been happier with the property! It was beautiful and perfect walking distance to the beach. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen and everything we needed was provided. The BEST part for me was the inclusion of an alarm on the back door that we could set to go off if the door was opened into the patio with the pool. I absolutely LOVED having that feature with 4 children under 5 yrs staying here. Would definitely rent again!!

We literally stayed at home for over 16 no bc of the Pandemic. Things began to open up and we try needed a mental and physical vacation. We searched and searched and this is the only house that I felt was safe, still feel like we were on a real vacation, the reviews were amazing, the area wasn't too popular/crowded and the area of the beach that was for this house I felt was semi private and safer than a general Beach. I was not disappointed in the least. If anything everything exceeded my expectations and Debbie (the owner) was a dream to work with. There were a couple of minor issues I reached out to her for and it was immediately taken care of. Things do happen in vacation homes especially new ones! I cannot wait to go back!!!

This was the perfect property for our family vacation. We were a block from the beach (easy walk) and had a salt water pool at the house. We had 6 adults and three children and there was plenty of room for everyone!

A Perfect Mother's Day treat for my mother, my sister and myself! The decor, the proximity to the beach, the salt-water pool....AMAZING! My 2 toddlers were especially grateful for the toy blocks in "their" room. THANK YOU!

We had a great time at Debbie’s property. She is very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Prior to our arrival I inquired as to if there was an ice chest on the property. She said there was not but she would have one waiting when we got there. Awesome experience!

My husband, myself, our two children (ages 9 and 13) and my parents stayed at Debbie's gorgeous home for a week this March. I literally have never been able to write a flawless review before but that's what our entire group feels about this property. The home itself is stunning, the interior design is excellent, the amenities were too many to list, and the responsiveness of the host was the absolute best. The photos are beautiful, but the reality did indeed exceed the expectations. Everything seems brand new and in perfect order. The kitchen was fully stocked for cooking with every possible think you could think of needing. The beverage fridge even came fully stocked with adult beverages! The outdoor areas are perfect for spending time outside, the pool was heaven and well heated. Even the wifi and multiple TV's were easy to figure out. The second master on the main floor was perfect for my parents and all the bedrooms were beautiful and well appointed. Even though it's a busy area - everything was quiet and peaceful and the other renters in the area were respectful. My husband and I tried to think of some constructive criticism but really couldn't come up with anything. We would absolutely stay at this property again in the future and hope to do so, and I wish I could hire Debbie to design my interior at home! Don't hesitate for a second when booking this house - worth every penny.

The house and pool were perfect for our family getaway. The property is pristine. Located one block from the beach and near shopping, groceries, etc. Owners were extremely nice as well, and very easy to reach / communicate with. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic Thanksgiving week in this vacation home. We had our 4 adult/teen children with us and there was plenty of indoor space but the outdoor spaces are the true highlights. The porches/balcony areas are very comfortable and perfect to enjoying the Florida sunshine - even in November. The pool area is simply amazing with plenty of seating areas and a wonderful heated pool. The home decor is warm and inviting. The home has everything needed and so many special touches that make it a home away from home. The house is in a great area. No problem with grocery and food delivery. The owners are very nice and responsive. They even gave recommendations prior to our arrival. One small issue came up at no fault of the owners but they quickly responded and resolved the issue. We are already checking our calendars for a return to this property.

The home was very clean and Debbie our host paid attention to every detail. She was very prompt in responding to our questions. The pool was lovely and heated. I wish she would include pictures of her backyard with the pool lights on as it was absolutely beautiful and quiet. We would love to return to this property!!

What a wonderful beach house, located close to the beach and has all the creature comforts of of our home with beautiful decor and high end furniture. We absolutely loved it and would highly recommend staying here! The owners are beyond amazing as well! We will definitely be back in the future!

This was hands down the best vacation we all had in all of our years. The home was so clean and cozy. The pool was the perfect size for us and the kids. The decor was beautiful! Everything about this home was every bit of perfection. We will make this our forever Family vacation home.

Loved staying in this new property. Grandchildren enjoyed the private pool and I appreciated the safety alarm on the back door leading to the pool. Was able to sit on the back porch, out of the sun, and enjoy watching the fun pool activities. Only a short walk to beach with lots of personal beach space available. House was exceptional with many wonderful amenities. Experienced a few minor problems with internet and TV not working properly causing a bit of inconvenience, however, owner was not @ fault and communicated regarding 2 repair visits during the week. Due to COVID and trying to avoid crowds, we cooked a lot during the week and appreciated the nice, spacious kitchen. Bed/bath rooms large and spacious. The week was great and, as usual, too short!

I would highly recommend this property. Everything was as advertised and even better. Vacationing during a pandemic is a challenge but this house had absolutely everything we needed and more. Great location for the beach, shopping and restaurants. Salt water pool on premises and gorgeous outdoor seating area for evening lounging. House is beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful touches. Wish we could have stayed for entire summer!!

The location is perfect. You can be assured no corners were cut when this house was built. The management was very responsive to any questions or needs. We had one of the best weeks of our lives!!!
