excellent swimming pool for kids and adults, very comfortable outdoors equipment for BBQ . The villa is very big with bathroom attached to each room (all double rooms) but with terrible mold smell. the house is well maintained - nothing is broken\old. owner's response is very quick.

The smell of the mold was impossible, it was up and downstairs. when we complained the answer was that this problem exists in all the area - that didn't help us. When I asked to change to another villa or at least get a discount I was refused. No basic house-holding equipment, like garbage bags (we received a few only after 2 days and after we already bought), wipes to clean the floor and the kitchen. It would have been nice to have sugar ,salt, soap as part of the kitchen. The dishwasher didn't work properly, the technician arrived in few min, said that there's salt missing in it, but never brought it, eventually we went and bought it by ourselves. There are many ants in the kitchen and outside.

Everything was amazing, super clean beautiful outdoor area gorgeous view great location. 20 min away from main part of paphos. just 5 min away from large supermarket and just a couple minutes away from gorgeous beaches and sights. the hosts were extremely kind and helpful with all matters.

The villa is beautiful, decently-sized with a generous kitchen space and an awesome pool overlooking the sea in the distance. All the basics you need are there; WiFi, iron, washing machine etc. Its also in a relatively quiet neighbourhood but you don't feel like you're living in a desolate dessert in the middle of nowhere.

These are just minor points but the kitchen is a little understocked, the pool light doesn't work, and we couldn't find a brush to sweep the floor anywhere

Villa was great and big for our needs

Swimming pool is very shallow even at the deep end but great for young children.

Lovely new villa in a fabulous, quiet location with a sunset/ sea view. Spacious rooms, nicely fitted out. Lovely pool area, plenty of beds , plus a BBQ area.

It is obvious that nobody checks the villa before new guests arrive. This is not good and means the luxury villa will not stay luxury for long. The toilet seat in the master bedroom ensuite was broken on arrival. We contacted the hosts about it and they sent someone round but then stated that they couldn't find a replacement so had to order a new one. Yet all the other toilet seats were the same, so they could have switched one of those. However, the seat was still unfixed when we left ten days later. Poor. There we also no kitchen knives on arrival but these were quickly supplied- as was a replacement cafetière as this was also broken.

The location of the villa is very good and the facilities of the villa were great.

Sometimes there was a problem with the pressure of the water and we could not take a shower in all the bathrooms. Also, dowmstairs there was no phone service and no wifi. Overall it was a great experience.

Spacious and clean house with en suite bedrooms, perfect for families or groups. Great location with sea view.

The kitchen needs to be equipped with more utensils. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly at times.
