It’s great place if your in need of a quit place when your traveling for work. The lady host was even available to give me a ride or two .

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property and I absolutely enjoyed my stay.

Land lady was very nice. She was supportive, whenever we crossed, asked if need anything.

The bathroom it was the only thing that was updated

My friend said it was very noisy, the kitchen needed an update the bed was very uncomfortable, only thing he liked was the shower, the house needs a little improvement, than it could be very nice

The home owners daughter stayed in the room next door. She would wake up throughout night #2 grunting and screaming. On the third day daughter asked I had “dope” or “coke”. I would not stay here again. bed was also very uncomfortable

the bathroom was under construction, toilet barely worked, got fiberglass on my feet had to walk outside to the back to use the shower, a lot of people renting out rooms, doors to bedrooms in our rooms.

I stayed here at this property 27 nights...Which states on my account that I was here from May 23 2021- Jul 10 2021... however, I ended up leaving on July 4th because the property "manager" was trying to say he never received any payment from me, when every week prior, literally every Friday, I would be on the phone with Booking for 1 maybe sometimes 2 hours just to pay for another week (sat-sat) just to stay here at this house...Money was never the issue here, clearly..My last week, on July 2nd(friday), I payed $200.89. they want to cancel my reservation 2 days later July 4th due to the fact This is only the ending of the situation, When I had first came to the property, Me only had being here for 3 days, the lady who goes by the name Angel, who's basically the person you're mostly dealing with because the Man who goes by "Love" but his names Leo, will only ever come out or speak with you if its related to money...Anyways, It was only my third day an Angel asks me if I was interested on possibly having a child for her and "love"..NOT EVEN KNOWING ME!!!!! I found that to be soo awkward and super uncomfortable. She would insist on be joining them when they would go out on the weekends..They would also argue a lot and they were very loud considering the fact that they would sometimes be fighting in there room which is located in the very back of the house.. The house wasn't very cleaned or kept up to well. I didn't like that the smaller room, which is where I was at, it had no air conditioning, a ceiling fan and a portable fan both which sucked at its main function. the house wasn't clean would only get wiped down. Kitchen and fridge are dirty and smell very nasty. Overall my experience here with those people was absolutely horrible and I only stayed as long as I did because I legit had nowhere else to live/go...

Said they allow kids. But when I arrived. I was told otherwise. The person who posted the home was not the homeowner. The homeowner rudely complained about the a/c usage when it was an amenity that comes with my stay. She also knocked on my door early in the morning 1 day prior to my check out, advising me my check out is at 11 am when I still had 1 more night. She wasn’t even sure. She had to re-check with the person who posted the room. The refrigerator had an odor and wasn’t clean. The room was very dirty. I had to purchase my own cleaning supplies to clean it. Also the day before my check out she asked me 2 times after she already knocked on my door. If I was leaving already. I thought that was very rude when I of course was gonna finish out my stay and get my money’s worth.
