Checking in was easy. The room was very nice, clean and spacious.

housekeeping was courteous and helpful.

I reserved two rooms. I requested they let my sister in because she got there an hour early. they agreed. when my sister arrived they didn't allow her. They said because I booked through Booking.com"you should have booked directly with the hotel" The reception staff was very unfriendly and lobby smelled like marijuana. There were a lot of homeless people walking the parking lot. felt very unsafe. it was a motel they allowed weekly stays. It didn't have an iron or a blow dryer. beds were hard. There were cigarette ashes in my non smoking room.

Too expensive for the stay, a lower quality hotel, but it gets the job done and I never felt unsafe.
