Nice stay, clean, nicely decorated. Beds comfortable but small. Was told they were Queen beds but seemed like doubles.

It was a very cozy and relaxing stay. It was perfect home to come home to after spending all day at the ocean or walking around downtown Charleston. Thank you for the Southern hospitality

This townhome was very convenient for us while visiting for our Navy sailor's Power School graduation. It was very cool and comfortable for our July stay. The property manager was very accomidating and answered any questions or concerns in a timely manner. We will definitely use this property again for any future visits.

The townhouse was nicely decorated, comfy and quiet.The home had everything we needed to make a meal and make us feel like a home away from home The owner was very nice and responded quickly to my questions.

My youngest and I travelled from Florida to help her older sister to move to the area and get settled. We arrived a little later than planned but Shawn left the lights on for us. It was so nice to have such a cozy, comfortable, and cute place to stay. We were able to take a break from unpacking and invite her to "our place", cook her favorite meal in a well stocked kitchen, and send her home with leftovers. We had a wonderful time and could not be more pleased with our stay. Thank you for the hospitality!

The condo is really nice and clean. It was quiet. Great location for accessing the many areas of interest in the Charleston area. I would stay there again.

We had a good stay, but it was hard to communicate with Shawn, the host (even VRBO couldn't get through to owner after I contacted them for help). When I did speak to the owner, there was difficulty with his follow-through of what he said. I am a 60 plus year old Diabetic (and Disabled Veteran) and my doctor had changed my medication which caused me to over-book my reservation, when I realized it I reached out to the property manager (Shawn) for help, and to this day he (Shawn) never did what he said that he would do to help concerning my error on the reservation. So there is a trust issue here with Shawn. I am not trying to put this gentleman down, I am only telling the truth. There were other communication issues that I won't address here because I addressed them with Shawn, when I was finally able to reach him. For anyone who chooses to stay at this location (Ladson SC), just know that there may be a communication challenge with this host. The place was nice, but customer service should be a priority for all property managers with VRBO, and it was obvious to us that we were NOT a concern for Shawn because of the lack of follow-through. I hope that Shawn will be better to others than he was with us. My family and I will never stay at this property again.

Everything was just perfect for our 3rd Sunday dinner with family and beach day. My parents thoroughly enjoyed their stay they didn't like the steps because they're over 60 but that's not anything you could fix. I only had 2 critiques and those are the blinds (some were broken) and to change the shower mat in the bathroom. The mat became slippery when wet. I loved the Johnathan Green prints and decor. Parking just out front for easy loading. Overall will stay again when visiting Charleston.

Shawn respond to all questions quickly. There were some neighbors smoking pot. You can see the pool and can’t use it. There wasn’t really a place to put clothes that were folded. It was a good deal for the money. I would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay for a quick Father's Day weekend. Location was 25 mins from King st./pineapple fountain and 35-40 minutes away from Sullivan's Island.

Clean property close to most things. Only issue I have is on the listing it says pool. Apparently some of the last guests messed that up for future guest and it was not communicated to us about the change. Other than that great communication with owner, fast easy check in.

Needed a place to sleep. In town for a wedding. The place was clean. The owner was very responsive and very accommodating. I would stay again. It is not a "fancy neighborhood". I felt safe in the condo and the property was clean and well maintained. The subdivision outside the condo is mixed with some nice properties and some that are run down.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful stay here. The entire place was clean and neat. It has everything we needed and was in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to all the gardens and plantations we wanted to see.

We had a great girls trip and this rental was perfect! It was close to downtown Charleston. The condo was very comfortable & cozy and had everything we needed. Shawn was a great host and easy to get ahold of for any questions. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you Shawn for hosting a wonderful trip!

On arrival to this property it was in a not so great neighborhood and very hard to locate off of the main road. Once inside the property it was stifling hot and the AC could not be lowered below 70°- air vents were half covered and the uncovered portion appeared filthy, the downstairs bathroom vent appeared to have black mold growing in it. Upstairs there were two bedrooms- main bedroom was nice however the secondary bedroom if one person moved the other person was basically bounced out of the bed. The towels had very small, dark, curly hairs in them and the tub had a mat in it that had mold growing underneath of it for who knows how long. Neighborhood was very noisy and had individuals yelling and running around outside of the unit all night along with law enforcement running through the back yard on multiple occasions. Will not be staying here again and will find a safer and cleaner location for our next stay.

Everything about this stay was perfect. This unit was beautifully decorated, clean and was in a convenient location. It is truly a home away from home. Shawn was available for any questions that I had and was very pleasant. Shawn set the standard. I expect nothing less from future hosts. Thank you Shawn.

My husband & I, along with our twin boys, booked this townhouse for a short weekend to attend an event nearby. The property was very clean and easy to find. It was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. We didn't cook but did notice that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal. We only live 2.5 hours away so we do visit the area often. We felt safe and close to everything so we hope this townhouse will be available for future trips to the area.

Very nice, clean, and comfortable place to stay on our trip. The neighborhood was quiet but a close driving distance to everything we wanted to do. The owner was very polite and made us feel welcome. If we're ever back in Charleston, we would definitely stay here again.

The place is tastefully decorated and the neighborhood is quiet. Even though the pool is presented as available; it is not. The high touch points in the house are in need of cleaning, especially some of the light switches. The sheets appeared used on the main bed. We were told they were just stained. The owner was gracious enough to come over late in the evening to bring us clean sheets. The hardest part of staying there was dealing with the intense mildew/mold smell. It permeates the place. It is especially strong in the kitchen area. Upon returning home, our things carrying that scent with them. It was pretty strong. Communication was great upon arrival! Prior to arrival there was no response to inquiries. Owner seemed to really care about taking care of guests. He even came to clean things when we expressed our concerns. This mildew issue seems to be bigger than a general cleaning problem.

Nice, clean, and updated townhouse. Great decor, comfortable beds, all the conveniences of home. The neighborhood was quiet with ample parking. Would stay again.

The property offered a nice 2-story layout with 2 bedrooms and a connecting bathroom. Nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. My only suggestion is that, as elderly people, we don't necessarily live tied to a smartphone to get codes for how to get in once we arrive. It would have been helpful to have that information farther in advance to know how to gain entry.

Place was modern and clean. Nice to know that there is an easy access to the pool. Kid-friendly entertainment is new by- Stars and Strips, as well as Cinemax. Parking is also good in this quiet community. May not be an appropriate place to stay for a person with severe orthopedic difficulties since full bathroom and beds are on the second floor. May also want to consider adding railings in the shower for handicap access. Otherwise, good place to stay.

We loved our stay!!! Such a cute, cozy, and clean townhouse in a very convenient location! Shawn was very nice and did a whole little birthday set up for one of our members. It included wine, cards, candy, and a beautiful dessert danish. Would absolutely loved to stay here if I’m in the area again!!
