Close to the beach, great location and cheap taxi into town. Availability of food and drink was good.

If staying for a few days, it wasn’t possible to book the special restaurants (this should be advised to book in advance of stay). Wet bar was shut. Lots of kids and inflatables in the pool. Check in was long and staff seemed unapproachable/unfriendly. Sign post to new Sports Bar should be better.

Very friendly and welcoming hotel, who was always making sure everything was ok during our 10 people booking! Amazing selection of food. beds comfy. showers were absolutely beautiful. Pool was stunning and loved the bar pool. entertainment was great and then we had archery , darts and bingo when it was raining. Slushies mixedd with a spirit was the best combination for drinks. Hotel Rep Victor gets a 5star! Overall, we had the best experience and absolutely loved our stay. We will be back! Obrigado. :)

I thought there would be toothpaste in rooms like most luxury hotels we stay with, but they had everything else we needed. The fridge wasn't keeping water cold. Evening entertainment is targeted at families and not young adults or couples, so we went into the main strip after pre-drinks at the bar. Froze in aircon the first night, as no blankets on bed, but also didnt realise throws* were left at the top of the wardrobe for us to use, might be worth leaving these on the edge of the bed for future guests.

Muito bem localizado, instalações quase novas e tudo muito limpo e organizado. A comida estava excelente. Staff super simpático e prestativo. A praia fica bem próxima do hotel.

Infelizmente o travesseiro e colchão não foram dos mais confortáveis. Piscina particularmente com a água muito gelada e as instalações dos jogos estão um pouco esquecidas e falta manutenção.

J’ai adoré les personnels de l’établissement ce sont des gens formidables souvent on attend palais du Portugal pas souvent du positif mais là moi j’ai découvert que c’était faux en tout cas dans l’endroit où j’étais c’était juste incroyable merci à vous tous pour votre compréhension continuez comme ça

No pillows. No bathrobe. Food was very poor and always cold. Couldn't order a simple bottle of wine (had to be given in plastic glasses even in bars).

Great allergy information during meal times, good food options, pool area was lovely, drinks options were great, pool towels included which was handy, decor in the lobby especially was gorgeous, friendly staff, close walk to a local beach.

Sunbeds were constantly reserved despite signs saying not to do this. This isn’t a fault of the hotel’s necessarily as I know this happens in many places but it’s something for future guests to be aware of. We went for an early breakfast one morning and came out and noticed most of the sunbeds were already reserved despite no one occupying them.

Hotel is stunning. Rooms lovely, Staff amazing Kids entertainment was amazing. My 1yo found her dancing feet.

Food was samey samey. Think I only had hot breakfast 1 time: Pool beds taken very early

Great facilities for all ages. Also all inclusive was good value for money with a wide variety of good food and drink.

I don't have no complains. truly everything was amazing. I saw teams all around the property always making sure everything was spotless, from the food to the rooms and all around.

Perfect for families! Everything was spotlessly clean. Food and drinks were great. Pool was lovely. Staff were friendly. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations!

We were unable to dine at the oriental restaurant as it was already fully booked for the whole duration of our stay on the day we arrived. More vegan options for food would be nice.

Great location, great for the kids (6 and 12) who particularly enjoyed the tiki splash area and the slushes! Food was good, could have a bit better selection for main protein though. Deserts were excellent and breakfast.

Indoor swimming was very dark and water really cold, a bit disappointing. Arcade area could be amazing (with better selection of games and cheaper tokens) but instead was just gathering dust.

The private beach wasn’t very private and was a walk outside of the hotel.

Very impressed with the food offerings, at all meal times. Excellent variety and choice and friendly, helpful staff. In fact, all the staff, in all parts of the hotel, made a good impression. The hotel is situated just a short walk away from two lovely beaches and is well-located fo4r access to other parts of the area (for golf, restaurants, etc).

The gym facilities were very basic, an improvement would be to provide some free weights such as a range of dumbbells, some bars/weights, etc.
