My family stayed in two condos and the views are amazing. Waking up to the view and sounds of the ocean from the master bedroom can’t be beat. Both condos were well furnished with kitchen items, towels, beach chairs, toys, boogie boards, beach towels, and laundry items. Each condo had a blow dryer, iron, and ironing board. The condos have nice trade winds but it can get a little warm in the heat of the day and as the sun sets. Each condo had many fans to help with crosswinds to keep the condo cool. The owner responded to our questions and requests quickly and was very kind and accommodating.

We had a group of 11 stay at the property. Our overall opinion was that it was the trip of a lifetime. Fantastic view, wonderful location, the property was extremely nice. definitely would go back to this location again.

This is a very nice and clean place to stay just walk right to oceanfront, pool was excellent and the breeze was wonderful. We was worried wit no AC it being way to hot but with the breeze that comes right through the doors it’s very comfortable. I would definitely book this place again if I ever get to come back !

The pictures are not very accurate, property is in a good location but building very old. When we arrived the properties were not ready, broken items and work being done, paint cans left around and kitchen full of bugs! We were not comfortable with even cooking or eating at property. Contacted property manager, she came and picked up all the work items left all over including the new microwave in a box left in middle of floor. She moved a paint can from the living room to the corner of a bedroom being used like it was part of the furnishings. Many items broken including cabinets, home was dirty. I was told the confusion was that they did not know we were coming but they took our funds for the stay, how did they not know we were coming? Property manager offered to bring us "bug spray" as bugs were an issue in Hawaii. We had to wash out bedding to be comfortable enough to stay since we had no other options after spending over $1500 per night there. We had to buy lysol spray and deodorizers to offset the smell. Worst of all it is not advertised that this location does NOT have air conditioning. The view was great but property run down, smelly and not kept very well. Doors were not hung right, paint needed to be done and kitchen bugs need to be dealt with. No one wants to deal with bugs in their kitchen, we had to allow the building to come in an spray while we were there. It would have been 24 hours before we even got a call back from property management had a vendor not shown up to install the microwave while we were there. Very bad situation and when I sent the owner a text, did not hear back from them at all. This property was no where near worth the money that we spent on it and I do have pictures and video to show all the horrible things we encountered here. The door code stopped working two days in to our stay so we had to again call the property manager Michelle and get a code for the lock box to be able to access the property. Overall our stay was terrible, the owner should be refunding us some money for all the trouble we had but of course, that won't happen.

This was our first trip to Hawaii and we couldn’t have had a better time. These penthouses are amazing, just perfect for accommodating our group. The view is to die for! Highly recommend!

We were spread between the Paradise and Hawaiian Penthouses, and both were great. They are literally right on the ocean, so close we could see turtles swimming in the surf from the lanais. The condos are spacious and mostly well appointed. We had a couple minor concerns at the outset, but the property manager was AMAZING. Their response was above and beyond and really impressed us. The pool is much bigger than it looks in the photos, and was never too busy. There are good bbq facilities too. The location is top notch. Only 10 or 15 minutes from central Lahaina, and very close to a huge Safeway, a fresh market, snorkel rental, shave ice, and gift boutiques. Each condo provided boogie boards, snorkels, and beach toys for our kids, along with beach chairs and towels. We loved our time here and will definitely be back,

With the 2 side Bayside pit house 2 bedroom 2 bath worked out perfect for the whole family

The view from the Paki Maui was exceptional. The Paki Maui was conveniently located to supermarket, eateries, fish market and beach. The sound from the surf of the waves outside the condos was very intense, and I mention this because I was surprised by the how loud they were; however we were still able to sleep through it. When the trade winds blew it maintained a cool temperature in the condos, however there were a couple of days when the trade winds did not blow through and it was warm and humid but the condos were well supplied with fans. All in all, the condos served our needs for the week my family was there and I really appreciated the Host willingness to reach out to us to make sure our stay was comfortable. Thank you.

Absolutely STUNNING location. The online pictures don't do it justice. We could snorkel right from the property, saw a sea turtle every day, the grounds/pool/community spaces were always clean, and it is conveniently across from stores, restaurants, and shops. Perfect accommodations for our family and our friends' family. The owner was also very responsive and helpful whenever I had minor questions. I highly recommend these properties for a Maui vacation.

Was promised luxury, but these units were far from luxury. First of all there is no air conditioning. With temps in the 90s and upper 80s it was most uncomfortable. Second one of the beds had bloody sheets and mirrors in both bathrooms not clean. Third swimming pool much too small for the number of units in this complex. The one positive was the views. They were beautiful.

Our family rented the condos for my parents 50th wedding anniversary celebration for 9 of us (3 families). The location in West Maui was ideal, the views were phenomenal, and the prices (compared to other rentals we had looked at) were right up our alley. The condos had everything we needed (and then some) to make ourselves at home. The beds were extremely comfortable, and we were pleased with the extra fans since it was quite warm while we were there. The complex itself is dated, but the units were mostly updated. The pool and barbecue area were perfect. We would have loved a note or something congratulating my parents since we had listed that as the reason for our visit, but everything else suited our needs perfectly!

The beauty and view from our 4th floor balcony was fabulous and beyond our expectations. The sound of the ocean waves was so peaceful. Loved sitting on the balcony and sighting turtles, birds, and even dolphins! We even had binoculars in the condo. The kitchen was well equipped for family meals. We were provided with comfortable beds, bedding, and towels. Great family memories created here.

The sunset from the balcony can not be topped. It was spectacular! We also saw sea turtles from the balcony swimming by everyday. The children loved the beach, it was perfect for them. The reef allowed the waves to be the right size for them. The adults enjoyed that we could go snorkeling at the beach. The penthouses were very comfortable, lots of room to relax. Bonus are the shops across the street, great food, great coffee and a little shopping. Thank you for making my family vacation spectacular.

We were happy with our recent stay at the Hawaiian and Paradis penthouses. The view of the ocean was breathtaking! Prior to our trip, we received clear communications from the property owners, including a phone call to go through our check-in process. Pros: - The beach was private and there were plenty of chairs and loungers to enjoy the views and pool - Rooms were clean, linens smelled fresh, and we saw very few insects (only 1 in the Paradise room) - Views were incredible and the sound of the waves were were soothing - Kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to enjoy the BBQs at the pool - The gentleman at the front desk was AMAZING!!! His happy and kind spirit was contagious and he started and ended each of our our day with a smile - The location was nice. The condos were located in more of a private and quiet area. We enjoyed restaurants, stores and a coffee shop across the street. Kaanapali and Whaler’s Village were a quick drive away. - The beds, including the Murphy and pull-out couch were extremely comfortable. The owners invested in the mattresses - The pool was cleaned every morning Cons: - Some of the smaller kitchen appliances could use a refresh. They were either older and difficult to use or defective - It got pretty warm in the rooms, eventually cooling down later in the evenings

Property was just liked he showed in video no surprises!! Plenty of room in each Penthouse for everyone to have space. The ocean roar at night no need for sleep aides. Would definitely rent this property again! Thanks Guido & Gracie for this beautiful Penthouse our home for a week!!

This property has amazing views! We spent most of our time out and about or on the balconies. It was incredible!

Fantastic location! There was a sandy area between two reefs perfect for snorkeling, swimming, or hanging out. We rented both penthouses and between the two of them we had everything we needed although I think each unit should have a blender. One thing to note, the sliding screen doors to the balconies need some adjustments. Sometimes the birds could get in through the spaces. We had a fantastic time.

This property had everything we needed; great location, nice accommodations, and walking distance to food and shopping. The ocean views are spectacular. Will definitely come back.

The rooms and common area was very spacious and comfortable. They thought of everything you could possibly need and provided it. The snorkeling on beach property was amazing. The BBQ, pool and jacuzzi were awesome. I don’t think I could have found a better place. Communication with owners was delightful as they gave us all the info needed to have an stress free vacation. I would recommend this place to everyone specially if your a large family. Two penthouse next to each other was awesome I would give this whole rental experience an 11 out of 10 being the best. Outstanding!!!!! Loved it. Thank you!!!

This is an excellent property. Completely furnished, very inviting, don’t have to drive anywhere to snorkel, it’s in the backyard, turtles come swimming to you. The owner is very responsive to all your whims and seemingly trivial requests. Could not have asked for anything else.

We, family of 6, enjoyed every moment of our stay. View from the balcony and 2 rooms was amazing. Sunset was awesome every evening. All stores were conveniently located - coffee shops, grocery, shopping, food, etc. Overall A+ experience
