We had an absolute wonderful time on our stay. The house is very roomy and held all 7 of us with plenty of room for more. The pool was a huge bonus with the beach being double red flags most of our stay. Honestly it saved our trip! You can tell the place was recently remodeled and very very clean. My wife fell in love with the couch downstairs! The ice maker is a game changer and absolutely rent the golf cart. It’s absolutely a short enough walk to the beach but who wants to walk on vacation right? It’s a 30 second ride on the cart! I can’t say enough good things about the place honestly. Great location and great property. We won’t stay in this area again if it’s not in this house. I’d recommend it to anyone!

The home was exactly as described and it was perfect for our families to stay. It was spacious enough for 3 families to enjoy not being on top of each other. The pool was great for our kiddos to enjoy. We will definitely be returning in the future.

What a beautiful property for our spring break! The house was recently renovated and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed for a week away from home. The golf cart and the ice machine were welcomed amenities for days spent at the beach and the heated pool was used daily! Cant wait to return to Laguna Beach next year.

Everything is illustrated as listed 🙂management was speedy when I sent request for pool service and maintenance. Walmart is 10 minutes away along with Publix Super market. Ice machine was excellent !! Golf cart was plus when driving down to beach a block from residence. Bed was exceptional comfortable that I slepted in (king bed room to the right of entrance hallway )☺️All rooms had big screens where everyone was able to watch smart tv apps with their favorite shows🙂Thanks again to Management Mitch for helpful services ‼️

This property is just like the pictures. Plenty of space for multiple families to spread out. The pool was wonderful even without being heated, the golf cart is a must, and the ice machine was used daily. I highly recommend this property.

We have a large family with almost every age. The house was just what we needed. The layout and decor was wonderful. The bunk room was great for the kids and the 4 full bathrooms were a must. All of the mattresses and couch were very comfortable and there was a ton of extra pillows and blankets.
They provided everything we needed in the kitchen and the absolute best feature was the huge ice maker! That was so amazing to have. The pool was perfect for all of our kids. The younger ones could swim in the shallow end and the older ones loved the deep end. The outdoor shower was another added feature that helped tremendously because sand gets everywhere!
The house is in a quieter section away from the tourist area. The beach was a very short walk from the house and easy to get to. There were plenty of chairs, toys, umbrella, boards, lifejackets, and a cooler and cart. So handy! We didnt rent the golf cart but wished we had. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for providing us with a great location for our family vacation.

This place was perfect. We had 7 teenagers that stayed in the upstairs rooms and 3 adults that stayed in the two downstairs rooms. The bathrooms were all great sizes and so were the bedrooms. The beach access had plenty of parking for the golf cart, and was literally at the end of the street. I highly recommend getting the golf cart. It was worth it. The pool was nice also and the back porch was shaded and very relaxing. Not far from pier park and or the Publix. They were very responsive to all my questions before we arrived and we had a great experience. The ice maker is a huge plus and the kitchen was very well stocked. Also very clean when we arrived. The end of the beach we were on was true to what it listed. Not a lot of high rise condos so the beach was way less crowded. We took our own canopy and beach chairs but they did have all the beach equipment listed. We did not expect the pool guy to show up unannounced on Wednesday mid day but he was very fast and friendly so it was not a problem. Highly recommend "That's what Sea Said"

We’ve stayed at the property twice now and have had the best time. The home is well appointed. Close to the beach, but private. The pool is wonderful. The golf cart is a great addition. My grandson loves it!! Already requesting to book again for next year!

Place was very clean and the pool was so fun for the little one’s having a shallow area to play on. The ice maker was such a Wonderful asset to have! Air worked Great! We as a Family had a Wonderful time at the house and the beach! The water was Beautiful ❤️

The house was enjoyable and comfortable for the most part. We did have a few issues however the property manager was very quick to respond & was super nice! I think I would definitely use this property management group to rent again.

This home was perfect for 2 families staying in the area for a baseball tournament. The home is about 20 minutes from Publix Sports Park. The homeowner / management company were very easy to work with and answered all our questions quickly. The home itself is located about 1 block from the beach. The beach is beautiful. The home does have a wagon, beach chairs and other beach essentials you can borrow so you can enjoy your time at the beach. I encourage you to consider renting the golf cart for at least a couple of days during your stay. There is a great donut / ice cream shop and market just a short golf cart ride away. The home was very clean & comfortable and had plenty of room for the 2 families. The kids loved the bunk room. The backyard pool area if very nice with plenty of space and chairs to enjoy the outdoors. We did feel this home is located in a more quiet area of Panama City Beach - about 10 minutes from Pier Park and the more touristy attractions. This was not an issue for us.

When we decided to go back to Panama City Beach again this fall we immediately called Warren Beach Rentals to reserve Thats What Sea Said! Our family loved the property last year and couldn’t wait to return this year. We had a couple of questions on arrival and they got back to us immediately. I highly recommend them! 100 percent satisfied with our whole experience! The home had everything we could ask for and more. We can’t wait to stay at That’s What Sea Said next year!

We had a great week at That’s What Sea Said! The perfect beach access one block away. Easy walk- but the Golf Cart is always worth it to us! Convenient stores close by, we went to the Winn Dixie 5 minutes up the road for our groceries. The Margarita station with the ice machine was an amenity we have never had- and it was sooo nice! We kept two coolers all week, and never had to get ice! The kitchen is bigger than the pictures give it credit for, and the two bedrooms and baths on the first floor was perfect! The outside hang out area, was spacious and the large table in the shade was great. We had two families, and a grandparent. Great area, beach was not crowded at all! We had a great week! Quick response for extra bath towels when we asked. We are frequent vacationers and Loved everything about it. We had a great time, was not ready to leave.

Stayed at “That’s what sea said”
House was very well maintained and the air conditioning was excellent! The mattresses were also top quality. We really loved the pool and access to the 6 passenger golf cart. Be warned…. Do not drive the golf cart down Front Beach Rd. at night. FHP pulled us over and said since the cart was not registered it was not legal for touring the strip but ok to use within the neighborhood and to the nearby public beach access. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Nice home with private pool and so close to the beach
Our family had a wonderful time at That’s what Sea said! So many pros like ample beach equipment with cooler and the ice machine was awesome!!!! Can’t say enough about that! The neighborhood was quiet and so close to the beach and the beach access. We couldn’t decide about renting the golf cart but so glad we did! It helped taking stuff to the beach or running to the market for more beverages. The living room sofa was so comfy and room for the whole family. Also nice to have a tv in each room.
Just a few cons or suggestions the dishwasher did not work and we put a call into maintenance and they never showed up so had to do all dishes by hand with only one dish towel. There were a couple of fans but none of them would work. They really need to have a broom and dustpan because beach = sand.

Perfect for Families
We had 4 families in the house with a bunch of littles. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms made it easy for everyone to have there own space. The living room was perfect to all lounge comfortably, and the patio pool area was 10/10! The beach is definitely walkable, but we loved having a golf cart to travel back and forth.

Great neighborhood, small house
The house was great for what we needed. We were a short trek to the beach (didnt need the golf cart) and it was well-supplied, other than TP. At least give ONE extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom. Terrible that there was only one roll. But the house is very cramped. The ceilings are low and the rooms are small. The pool is an excellent bonus, but if I was going to the beach again, I would pick somewhere with larger rooms, higher ceilings (the living room feels very small), and a maybe a little newer.

Everything we expected - very nice.
Everything was as advertised. The home was very clean and very organized with everything labeled. The pool was very nice and the extra expense to heat it was well worth it. It was very comfortable, short distance to the beach. Highly recommend staying at That’s What She Said!

Great Vacation with Family
We had a wonderful stay. The house is exactly as listed, and was a little more spacious than we expected. We fit two travel cribs for our twins into one of the king bedrooms. We had children ranging from 9 month to 13 years and the pool was perfect. We were glad to rent the golf cart because of the sheer amount of stuff that comes with taking toddlers to the beach, but the home was so close to the public beach access that it was a luxury, not a necessity.

Best property manager I’ve seen
We have been staying in Florida rental units for over 10 years and Mitch is definitely the best property manager we have encountered. He was very responsive to every query within just a few minutes.
The house was very clean and organized. As specified in the listing, there is indeed an extra twin mattress in one of the closets, but it is really only meant for a child. We had a grown man who tried to use it, but he ended up sleeping on the couch (which he declared the most comfortable sleeping couch he’d ever laid on 😁).
There were tons of beach chairs and pool toys available and even several coolers and a beach wagon. The golf cart was a favorite amenity for all of us. The fact that we could actually take it to the beach saved us from having to carry all of the heavy beach gear. We also took it to the local market and for ice cream several times.
The ice maker in the margarita bar was an absolute marvel! This is one of the best things I’ve seen in a rental unit. We use TONS of ice on vacation and never once had to buy any on this trip. Every time we emptied the machine, it seemed like it was full again within a very short time we never once ran out.

We loved this house! It was perfect for our group. We had 7 adults and 4 kids under 5. The pool was amazing and close access to the beach. The ONLY complaints I have are not being given the code to the golf cart key timely and the door alarm to the pool seemed faulty. But seriously, we would go back in a heartbeat. Y’all selling this place anytime soon?! :)

This house was amazing! We had a girls trip, and the home was perfect for us to have a great time. There were plenty of bathrooms, and the beds were SO comfy! The house was super clean, and the pool and outdoor area made for great memories. The walk to the beach was super easy and the wagon and chairs were a great plus. Thank you for a great stay!

This was a great property. There was some miscommunication regarding renting the golf cart and we did have to call management and have them send maintenance out. However, the property was just as listed and we were happy. The beds and bedding were fantastic. We would stay here again for sure! :)

We enjoyed our stay. This was our second time renting this house. It had everything we needed for the 9 of us. We did bring beach chairs but didn't need to. The golf cart was great to haul our stuff to the beach. We will rent again!
