We had a lovely stay. Took trips to sleeping bear dunes, Traverse City and spent some time with a friend of a friend, did some shopping. This is a beautiful part of Michigan!!!

Great condo at a great location. Everything was as described and pictures were accurate.

I thought long and hard about this review but due to the nature of my stay (and expense) I am opting into reviewing honestly. The location and decor of this rental is lovely. However I would not recommend this rental for a stay with a family/if plan on using the kitchen to eat in. This rental should be ashamed of their kitchen. There were five plates for the whole unit. Five. This required us to manually wash the dishes every night. Basic essentials like a can opener were not existent (didn’t work). Additionally, the floors were not cleaned on arrival. Our feet actually turned a different color because of how dirty the floors were. Everything else was ok.The reason why I also don’t recommend for families is because the one bath did not have a functioning drain stop. We had to purchase one on our own expense in order for my children to take a bath. Additionally the owner suite shower had no bath mat and no shower liner.The biggest disappointment was the property managers responses to the issues we experienced. While I don’t fault them for the issues, their response was completely unacceptable. Upon arrival, we didn’t have hot water. It was resolved the next day but their first response was “we had renters in the unit today and they didn’t have any issues”. Like he doubted us. There also was a bat that got into a vent - I don’t blame them for the bat getting in but the response was “we’ve never had critters”. I had to take a video to prove myself. Really disappointing.

This condo is in a great location to everything- beaches, downtown, other small beach towns. It was not only decorated nicely it was comfortable, very clean and most of all relaxing. Hope to stay again!

We loved staying in this condo! It was beautiful, very clean, well furnished and comfortable. Great view of the Manistee River. (Could have used something to hang towels on in the second bathroom, though) We ate at North Channel Brewing Co and at TJ’s Pub. Would recommend both!

The property was amazing and the view of the channel was great. Locale was close to town and other locations as well. Would recommend to others.

My husband and I recently visited Manistee for the first time and found this property to be perfect! It was clean and comfortable. The location was right on the channel so we could see any boats that went by, which made for a pretty unique experience. We were just a few steps to the downtown area and a short drive to other restaurants outside the downtown area. We will definitely use the property this next time we visit Manistee; it is quite a gem! Stacey

This condo is exceptionally nice. It’s very warm and welcoming. Had everything you would need for your stay. The location is walking distance to great restaurants and quaint shops. Lake Michigan and the lighthouse were 10 minutes away. Sitting on the balcony and watching boats go by was so relaxing. We even saw the freighter which was amazing. It’s a short drive to neighboring towns that have great restaurants and shops as well.

This property was exceptionally clean with a modern decor. Location was perfect! Right on the river and a block from town! Sitting on the deck, you can watch the boat traffic on the river and maybe see a freighter! We did! Highly recommend!

The property was in the perfect location. Had all the amenities you need in a home away from home. The on-site washer and dryer were a huge bonus. The large windows make it feel much bigger than it is. We enjoyed our time! Can’t wait to come back.

I took my daughters for a short weekend away and had a great time. Condo was perfect, clean and had everything you may need. The location was amazing. The drawbridge was just outside our windows and was great to watch the boats go by from the balcony.

The condo was lovely and the owners provided very detailed information about the stay. It is a very light and open space with many seating options. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of ventilation options. Having two bathrooms was a plus and all appliances are quite new. We really enjoyed watching the people on the bridge and the water. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is as listed. A great location and great proximity to all that you can do in the Manistee area.

This property was perfect for myself, my husband and my 19 year old daughter and her friend. Very short drive to some nice beaches, and scenery. A great place for those who want a place to relax in between outdoor activities. I would say that if you aren't used to city noises, the bridge could be annoying, but it also very interesting watching the boats on the river and the freighters as they squeeze through. Also if you like fishing there's a nice little grassy spot right on the river in front of the condo. Bring your fishing pole and a lawn chair and you could fish right off the bank.

Bath tub didn’t drain, and mold on shower curtain. Kitchen floor was sticky. We stayed here before and loved it .

Everything was exactly as stated in the description. This is our second time staying in one of these units and we would definitely do it again.

What a beautiful place to stay! We had a lovely time in Manistee. We will definitely be back. Couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience.

We enjoyed seeing a freighter from the deck and walking downtown to quaint stores. Also the brewery within steps from the condo had great beer and a superb new menu.

Property was clean and quiet. So convenient to downtown. Overall, it was a great stay. A few minor things but we'd definitely stay again. The code we received didn't work on the door, so we had to wait around until someone called us back to get it. Trash bags were in the listing, but we couldn't find any. It was so nice to see work being done in and around Manistee.

Perfect relaxation weekend - minus the closed Maple St bridge! Love downtown! Easy access to enjoy Crystal Mtn for some skiing!

Overall impressed with this property. The views of the channel were very nice. Lots of windows throughout for the daytime views. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The only suggestion would be to have more dishes and cookware in the kitchen. Even with that, I would stay here again. Thanks for a nice weekend.

The property was nicely accommodating for our family of 4 and the listing was accurate. The unit is literally right next to the bridge so be prepared for some traffic noise (cars and pedestrians); we were not bothered by noises. Wi-Fi worked well. We only used TV once to cast some media from phone. Beds and other furnishings were comfortable. Kitchen adequately accommodated 4 people without much extra; we washed dishes between meals. Unit overall was clean and well maintained. Only a few small things that seemed like they could be better for a professionally maintained rental (we emailed those notes to the property management). It was fun to watch the drawbridge go up and down, watch boats pass through, and even exchange hellos with crew members from the balcony. Over the weekend, we saw one freighter (in and out), one sailboat, and one Coast Guard patrol boat. It was also nice to relax on the balcony to start and end the day, even bundled for November weather. Nearby parks and beaches were enjoyable, even in November.

This is a must stay. We did a girls get a way and this was such a great find. There is no reason to stay anywhere else. You can get a great walk in on the boardwalk and it is a great river walk area almost all the way to Lake Michigan which is so close to this place. The downtown is over the bridge and less than a .25 mile. The shops were great and the food was excellent. The best part was watching the boats and freighters come in from the balcony. What a view! I will most definitely be picking this place again for my next Manistee trip.

Enjoyed our long weekend stay in this very clean home. Had everything we needed and close to unique restaurants within walking distance. We particularly liked the security of the building! It was nice to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by. Missed seeing the freighter go through; perhaps next time. The property management group was wonderful to work with!

Great location! Easy to walk downtown for restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony, feeling the breeze and watching the boats. We even saw two freighters pass by; it was amazing! We biked to the lake in less than 10 minutes. Well equipped condo, quiet building but there is noise from the nearby bridge traffic.

Very clean and convenient to town. 5 places to eat within 5 minute walking distance.

Want to sit on the balcony and enjoy coffee while watching the boats and a charming draw bridge? This is the place. Want to walk less than 1 mile to the beach and enjoy a concert in the park? This is the place. Want to walk a few blocks to a large selection of shops, restaurants, and breweries? This is the place. This place looks exactly like the photos and is super clean, cute, and in a very safe neighborhood. The condos themselves are quiet; we rarely heard the other tenants. On Saturdays in the Summer, there is even a fun market right across the street but that is only the beginning and places close by. The beach, the concerts in the parks, the live entertainment all over town...The beds were comfortable and they provided plenty of towels and even gave us a good supply of paper towels and toilet paper. Some may think it is disruptive to be that close to the street and drawbridge but honestly, it is super quiet after 9 pm and before 10 am, and even during "rush hour" the sound from cars and boats was not an issue. If you are a light sleeper, just add a white noise machine to your phone or bring a fan and that is all you will need. We would for sure stay here again.

Place is beautifully decorated, wonderfully stocked with immediate essentials. Clean and spacious. Beds were not the most comfortable but with the view and location we were happy. Property manager was great with questions and we really enjoyed the condo. Location is ideal to walk into town.
