The location

The was not clean, customer service was bad

Very clean and good location to beach, restaurants, activities.

Cleaning person came into our room while we were still in bed earlier in the week. Then walked out knocked on the door. Could not understand her she came back with someone else asking us when we were checking out. We were not due to checkout for 3 more days. I made you all aware of this via text and was advised someone would reach out to me and that never happened. It’s a nice place and clean facility someone walking in in unacceptable. Mistakes happen but probably need to make sure no one is in the room before entering. This was the only negative of our stay but I consider this to be something big that cleaning doesn’t know when we were to checkout That is

Location

This was not the condo that was pictured on booking.com. I talked with the vacasa representative, Julie, and she has reached out because indeed it was totally misrepresented by booking.com. I would like a partial refund!

Condo needs updated and repaired. It wasn’t what we saw advertised.

Everything

All the beds extremely uncomfortable. Hot tub behind the room did not work. There was so much chlorine in the pool ,hot tub that it bleached my bathing suit. We went to the other facility with the other tub and that was nice. We had some resident make us feel extremely unwelcome because " they pay for the facilities and dont like vacationers coming to their facilites". Not a pleasant experience.

Kitchen was great. Appliances all worked and looked refreshed.

Mattresses were super hard.

Very close to the beach. Bed and couch were comfortable

Only 1 elevator worked. Planes flew over constantly. No coffee filters or anything for coffee.

it’s no where you can throw you trash, you have too carry it by yourself. near by the elevator, not that quite at night.

patio furniture is old hot water run out to soon

this was a gated community, which made you feel safe for your vehicle and your stay. The property was very clean. The pools were great and the beach area was awesome.

only thing that you need to watch in the room was the floor connecting to the patio door. It’s a small wooden floor that was cracked/broken and if you stepped on it just right it killed your feet and the carpet was torn away from the wooden floor just a little though, that would be the only negative I have during stay

Room was outdated. mildewed and marks everywhere in master bedroom bath. Master bedroom door busted, needs to be replaced. Had to light candle to keep from smelling mildew. Couldn't use tub which was one of the reasons I got this room for jacuzzi tub.

This property blew my mind! Very beautiful The two-bedroom apartment was spacious. We loved the interior decoration. Our view was Sea view, and just beautiful. The staff had the place spotless. Everything I could have asked for. Check-in and out were very easy. I loved ❤️ it

Misleading pictures on website. It was not at all what I paid for. The property manager argued and argued lying each time on top of it.

We loved the view from the room. And the location was perfect, there was a lot to do near by. The beach was everything!

The mattress on one of the beds were rather stiff. The bathtub in the main bathroom didn't drain too well either.

No special places for smoking, need to pay for umbrella and chairs on the beach - 50$

it was amazing

The hotel is a nice spot very close to the beach and a nice restaurant and supermarket. The swimming pool is very large and always comfortable to get in. The exterior of the hotel is amazing.

I was expecting more from the hotel. On the interior, the apartment needs some updates on the furniture. Also the cleaning was the worst part for us, the apartment was very dirty and it’s included the flooring, the dishes, the pillows and the sofa. The old tv on the living room was hard to turn on each time. The second bedroom, a queen bed is a old and cheap mattress like that one you grandpa have for more than 15 years. Destin is a beautiful place, but next time I will try to find other hotel.
