From start to finish everything was seamless. Well maintained and spacious for a family of 6.

This unit was truly wonderful! 20th floor view! Updated with modern beach design. Best night sleep on a very comfortable, high quality mattress. All the linens were soft, great quality and extra thick towels. The owner put quality in this unit which feels like what you would have at home! Nothing cheap/rental like about this place! Lots of extra spices in the cabinet and everything you need. It was so nice to not have to bring extra beach chairs which made packing/travel very easy. Oh and the location!! Oh my goodness, the best part for me and my husband was the fact that this unit is on the quiet side of PCB, right in the middle…if you want to hop down to 30A, it’s only 20 minutes or so…the about 20 minutes to the historic side of PCB/bridge so it was quiet and not overrun with tons of people. The fact that this condo is not sandwiched right between 2/3 other condo buildings is a plus bc the beach is not super busy. The beach service only had to set up one row (at least this time of year in May) and it was so nice to have beach chairs and umbrella included! I am so thankful to have found this unit and can’t say enough about how great the owner was communicating making check in and check out a breeze! This is a true gem amongst all the condo rentals…definitely coming back to this one!

The condo was exactly as described, with many personal touches that felt like home. Very clean, comfortable beds and large balcony overlooking the ocean. I highly recommend this condo and will definitely stay here again.

This is our second visit with this host and hopefully one of many. The second trip was even better than the first. The view from the 20th floor can't be matched! The owners take great pride in the cleanliness. Love the updates. The furnishing and decor make it feel so homey and welcoming. The bar is set high and doubt there are many that can surpass!

Condo was immaculate. The balcony view was stunning. Great convenience with the beach access. We enjoyed every part of our stay.

The condo is very nicely equipped and modern! As others have said, the parking garage is narrow, which provides an opportunity to practice tight-quarters parking maneuvers! The walk to the beach is about two minutes, not counting the elevator ride. The view from the balcony is amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Diane was a great owner and kept in touch to make sure we had everything and let us know to contact her if we needed anything. The condo was so ice and clean and had extra beach items which was nice. Great place!!

We had an excellent beach trip at this exceptional beach front condo. The atmosphere was relaxing, view incredible, and overall condo clean and beautifully decorated. The layout is perfect and has all of the essentials needed. The balcony is laid out perfectly with plenty of seating to take in the view. Beach access is very convenient and in reach of the less "populated areas" of the beach. Condo comes with 2 chairs and an umbrella, however they don't start renting until 9am and it is a first come first serve on the location. Be prepared to wait as a significant line does form well before 9am. I would advise bringing your own beach gear and setting up away from the public beach access side. Building is located in a great spot (in between the party/tourist side and the low-key/local side) of panama city. We had such a great experience and would definitly be coming back. Only 3 warnings I have: Parking garage is VERY tight and low. Be prepared to do a quick unload if using a roof carrier as you will most likley use a space along the outside of the building that is someone elses parking spot. Don't worry the building comes stocked with tons of luggage caddies and fast elevators. Workout room is 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, and no room for anything else. Don't plan to keep your gym routine going here. Thomas's Donuts gets busy fast and they move slow. My advice is to go inside with the A/C.... most people wait outside in the direct sunlight... you're welcome.

Everything was perfect. Furnishings were all new and of very high quality. Towels were thick white and beautiful , beds and bedding were most comfortable. Views of gulf were stunning. Property was perfectly maintained. No surprises just very , very nice.

Updated condo! Complete amenities! Fabulous balcony, both size and seating! Owner very attentive! Just steps from the beach. Only issue could be parking garage! Not friendly for large SUV!!!

The parking was not good, the condo was nice and well decorated, the hot tub was out of order 2 or 3 nights and unfortunate to not be able to rent a golf cart due to not being allowed on property. The pool area was nice

Condo was in a great location. Beautiful beach. Condo was clean, updated & had everything needed for vacation. Contact person was informative & quick to respond to questions. Only negative was the parking garage. It is very narrow. A large vehicle would not fit in the parking garage but there is extra parking across the street.

We had a great family vacation. The beach was beautiful and the sunsets from the balcony were amazing! The kids loved swimming in the heated pool while the adults could still enjoy the beach view while supervising.

This condo is beautifully decorated and has amazing ocean front views. I loved everything about this condo. From the floors, to the granite, to the artwork just everything was impeccably done and to my taste. The large balcony tops it all off. We spent most of our time out there and saw all sorts of wildlife (jellyfish, stingrays dolphins and pelicans) and rainbows almost every morning. Most importantly my kids got to swim in and experience the clear calm ocean which is what my daughter requested for her 10th bday:) Thank you for sharing your special place with us!!!!

This condo was very up to date and beautiful. Awesome view right on the beach. Huge balcony. Comfy bed and really nice linens. Convenient to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay again.

All the comforts of home were in this condo. The owner thought of everything from beach chairs and toys to games even sunscreen. We literally just had to walk in and enjoying our vacation. We were there for the USEA softball World Series and the condo was only five minutes away from Frank Brown park. The place was beautifully decorated and extremely roomy with an awesome view. It was very clean and had the most comfortable beds ever. This place and owner will not disappoint!

The property was as described and very clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in the Panama City Beach area.

The condo was absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. Close to all the restaurants and entertainment, but far enough away that we were not over crowded on the beach and roads. The lounge chairs and umbrella were unbelievably nice. Sunset views were amazing as well. Highly recommended. Our family of four really enjoyed or stay!
