We found Rosemary Beach and it fit all of our needs and more! It was quiet, picturesque and offered many amenities. Percy's Flat was perfect for us. Conveniently located yet set back from the town so it was very quiet and relaxing. The rental office texted us daily to see if we needed anything. Thanks to Aly for responding to us promptly and professionally. We will definitely be back!

All of the beds and linens were so fresh and everything was just so comfortable. The only downfall was the size of bunks in second bedroom. My daughter is petite, and not a teenager yet, but it was even a little tight for her. I would not plan on putting any big kids or teens in the bunk area comfortably.The area is quiet and set back a ways from the beach and shops, but that didn’t bother us since we were there in winter and not frequenting the beach. Fantastic property and I would definitely recommend it.

Everything was very easy from the check in to the location. The property is very comfortable, well provisioned, and perfectly situated for exploring the town. All in all a lovely weekend visit!

This rental was clean and we had excellent communication! Being right on the green space was the place to be for hanging out on the deck and no one in front of us. Loved having the bikes to use, pools close, beach close and super comfy. The only reason we didn’t give it an overall 5 star was since the blinds didn’t work and salt n pepper would have been helpful. Otherwise, the place is stocked well and had dishwasher and laundry pods! Loved it!

Percy flat was so spacious, beautiful and full of natural light. It was such a peaceful getaway for the weekend, with walking distance to Rosemary beach! My family had a wonderful stay! Would absolutely recommend.

Nicely furnished and well-stocked kitchen. Beds were comfortable The noise level upstairs was constant, starting around 6 am. Bike took a day and a half to exchange. Saw about ten small roaches which can be easily controlled with monthly pest control.

Best, most comfy beds we have ever had on vacation, hands down!! We would definitely stay again. Great place that was clean and furnished with great furniture in very good condition. The condo was on the second floor so not too many stairs but high enough to give a great view over the commons green area in front that kids and pets were playing on each day.

Good location. Beds were basically unsleepable. Mattresses were old or soft to begin with and then foam toppers were on top of each mattress. Once you got in, you sunk deep. Attempted to sleep in the bunks instead, but they are built for kids (too short for adults). Great location, not great sleep.

It's nice to be close to the awesome coffee shop and other shopping spots. Biking around is part of the charm of Rosemary anyway. Percy's flat is a condo in the middle of a building and there is an elevator which is nice.. The sectional sofa is super comfy and a great couch for hanging out. The kitchen has the basics. The decor is bright and nice. However, there is a unit above you and unfortunately you hear every single step they take. There were people staying above us the entire week - they weren't being loud - it's just loud no matter what because the floors must be thin. Just annoying to listen to. Our biggest issue was with the mattress. It is an old spring mattress with a topper. The mattress is worn and bottoms out when you lay on it. I recommend the owners replace it asap. My back went out for the first time in my life after sleeping on it for a week. 30A Luxury Vacations was great to work with and responsive to messages.

We traveled with our toddler and the unit worked great for her as well. My only suggestion would be to put some black out curtains in the master, the street lights outside are very bright and shine through the blinds, other then that everything was perfect! Also, the management company was super responsive and check-in was so convenient and simple!

Percy's Flat was an absolutely perfect place to call home for me, my wife, our 9-year-old, and 7-year-old boys. The beds were comfortable, everything worked exactly as promised and the decor was new and cozy. We arrived to a band playing at the park outside our balcony and experienced a wedding and magic show there as well during the week. The ride to the beach is a really short and enjoyable bike ride. The pools, the restaurants, and the overall feel of Rosemary is just perfect. We cannot wait to go back. We would highly recommend it to everyone.
