Everything looks new. Great pools and buffet for breakfast. Area very "touristic" but as expected. Great value for money.

The cleaning is so so but good enough for me. Can't complain overall.

Ideal for a stay with our baby! apartment was facing the pool which was very convenient!

Nice set-up of the compound, fairly large rooms, easy parking in front of the compound, free bottle of water at the guests‘ disposition, which is appreciated.

Varying friendliness of the receptionists. Male receptionists were welcoming, whereas female receptionist has room for improvement in terms of an enthusiastic welcoming.

Staff was really friendly, bar also nice. Location very good.

Apartaments They not was clean lot of dust, hair even when we come to the apt. There was empty bottle of wine on garden, all looked like nobody not clean there after quest who leave apt Lot of hair on the floor. After complaining they said Tuesday and Saturday Accomodation team have off. Linens was clean but everything else dirty. I understand some day they can't clean but why they sell that day apt when they can't clean? After complaining they send staff clean our apt, they come just with brush that's it everything was same like before. But in days when they worked and u want service they clean really nice. Bed was single beds, 2... Every time I turned around or wanted to hug my partner the beds split up because they weren't connected even with a zipper with anything.. Food in restaurant was nice just cold all the time, meat was still dry. We was there for 13 day everyday the same food :( next time we on 100% will go eat somewhere else out.. Night entertainment 5%..every second day was in bar some singer but just for old people not younger...bar open just till 22.00 maximum 23.00 . When u want enjoy your holiday and drink little bit just go out somewhere else.. But on the other side bar staff was the best! Very friendly..

It was a bad experience as I went for work, and it hit the bottom of my expectations very fast. Staff was NOT nice.

Everything was very average. But the worst was the wifi access that didn't work for me to work from home when I had to, and when I told it to the front desk they said that I was lying because no one complained. Iron was only upon rental.

i love everything! it was a lovely size with everything you needed! it was lovely and quiet so I slept well! the pool was lovely and was the terrace to sit out on!

The staff was a bit rude and the apartment was older than in the photos.

it is so close to the promenade, restaurants and beach. it’s a 10 to 15 minute walk to the bus stops- depending where you want to go. the beds are amazingly comfortable.

the tiles in the pool had come away in places.

Went to Caybeach for a week in Sep. We really enjoyed our stay, easy check in process, found our room straight away. Our appointment was located in Zone 3, very close to the biggest pool. The apartment was spotless clean, and then cleaned every day apart od Thursday and Sunday. Fresh towels and bedding everyday. We liked the location of our apartment, we could go for a drink or to use toilet when enjoying pool. The location of hotel itself is good, close to supermarket (15mins walk) where you can buy everything what you need in better prices than at supermarkets in hotel. 5mins walk to Promenade and beach. The closest beach is beautiful however not really much going on there, no water sports etc. And very rocky.

There were a couple things we didn't like. We had ground-floor apartment with terrace and shared garden, we didn't like the garden, clean but not maintained nicely, we saw that premium apartments had lovely green grass and were more usable. Opposite of our apartment there were private villas, we were unlucky that for the first 2 nights, there were parties with very loud music, couldn't really sit outside even for 1min. The other thing was a pool, I mean really good size, enough space for everyone, no fight for sunbeds. However, I didn't see anyone cleaning the pool for a week. There were tiles coming off, plenty of hair and so on, could be maintained better. Overall lovely place, really good value for ££, had a lovely holiday but I don't know if we go back, I personally got a bit bored with nothing to do close to hotel. One more thing to mention, I'm afraid of any insects, and we had 3 cockroach in our room, don't think it's because it wasn't clean because it was, they came from somewhere, luckily my partner wasn't so terrified and managed get them out of our room😀

Nice complex. I believe particularly the families should like it. Great breakfast, very good dinner.

There was not wifi signal in the room, only at the balcony. You should wear the the wristband.

The hotel is a set of several mini apartments, also equipped with a kitchen. Although we did not really use it, it is a great addition, if one wants to save on the food. Breakfast was great, always with a variety of choices, also fresh juices, fruits and veggies. I especially liked our terasse, as well as the hotel's pool and bar, where one night even a concert from an amazing abba cover band was organized for the hotel guests. The hotel even has a washing/drying room and a supermarket in the basement.

The only negative point is that the hotel stuff did not want to make a call for us to reserve a dolphin search trip. Instead they only wanted to reserve it with their partners, which was a complete scam.

Excellent location. Excellent swimming pools. Good architecture of the buildings. The minimarket inside is very useful

We did not have food there so can't comment on it. Room was great. kitchenette was adequate.

Would have been nice if it had one exit/entrance on the side towards expo meloneras.

Loved the location and staff were very good. Only one small thing the cleaning was random and never sure when the staff were going to come in to clean the rooms. Would have been nice to have a kettle.
